機電控制和機械保養在污水生產中的作用

[摘? ? 要]隨著我國污水排放及處理問題的凸顯，對污水處理的要求也更加嚴格。以往，在污水處理廠中，往往過于關注處理工藝的先進性，但卻忽略了機電控制以及機械保養在污水生產中的作用，從而造成了盡管引進先進污水處理工藝，卻難以做好污水處理工作的尷尬境地。本文通過分析污水處理的現狀及問題，進一步探索了機電控制和機械保養在污水生產中的應用及作用，希望為提高污水生產效率提供參考意見。

[Abstract]With the problems of sewage discharge and treatment in China， the requirements of sewage treatment are more stringent. In the past， the sewage treatment plant often focused too much on the advanced nature of the treatment process， but neglected the role of electromechanical control and mechanical maintenance in the production of sewage， which led to the embarrassment of sewage treatment despite the introduction of advanced sewage treatment processes. By analyzing the status and problems of sewage treatment， this paper further explores the application and role of electromechanical control and mechanical maintenance in sewage production， hoping to provide reference for improving the efficiency of sewage production.

1 污水生產處理的現狀

城市污水是指在城市的生產生活中產生的廢水及徑流污水混合物，一方面，城市污水對城市環境產生嚴重的危害，而在另一方面，城市污水的性質也因為城市的不同而不同，如城市的規模大小、環境氣候以及基礎設施建設情況都對城市污水的性質有影響。在城市污水生產處理廠中，大多都利用自控系統有效控制機械設備的正常運行。

當前，由于社會經濟的發展，城市污水的排放量大幅增加，基于此，我國污水處理廠也在不斷增建，并且同時在不斷提高污水處理的工藝。由于我國污水處理起步較晚，前期發展較慢，因此在污水處理工藝的發展過程中，借鑒了許多國外成熟的工藝，并且進行了本土化改造。其中，污水處理工藝有氧化溝法、SBR法等，均在我國適用，并且工藝不斷成熟。

此外，機電控制以及機械保養在污水生產處理中也發揮重要的作用。……
