血管內皮生長因子在糖尿病眼部并發癥中的作用探討

[摘要] 目的 分析評價血管內皮生長因子在糖尿病咽部并發癥中的價值作用。方法 將該院2017年2月—2018年2月收治的100例糖尿病眼部病變患者分成兩組，每組50例;對照組患者采取曲安奈德注射液治療，觀察組患者采取血管內皮生長因子藥物中的康柏西普玻璃體腔注藥治療，比較兩組臨床治療效果。結果 在眼部并發癥總發生率方面，觀察組比對照組明顯更低。在最佳矯正視力下降率、最佳矯正視力不變率方面，觀察組明顯低于對照組。在最佳視力矯正提高率方面，觀察組明顯高于對照組。結論 針對糖尿病眼部病變患者，采取血管內皮生長因子治療具備顯著的療效，可預防眼部并發癥的發生;值得采納及應用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the value of vascular endothelial growth factor in diabetic pharyngeal complications. Methods 100 patients with diabetic eye lesions admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were divided into two groups， 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide. The patients in the observation group were treated with vascular endothelial growth factor， Compostigre's intravitreal injection was used to compare the clinical effects of the two groups. Results In the total incidence of ocular complications， the observation group was significantly lower than the control group. In the best corrected visual acuity decline rate and the best corrected visual acuity constant rate， the observation group was significantly lower than the control group. In the best improvement rate of vision correction， the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion For patients with diabetic ocular lesions， vascular endothelial growth factor therapy has significant efficacy and can prevent the occurrence of ocular complications; it is worthy of adoption and application.

尿病眼部病變的類型較多，較為常見的有白內障、波動性屈光不正等。臨床表明，需盡早發現糖尿病眼部病變，明確類型，對癥治療，早日擺脫失明的可能性[1-2]。與此同時，值得注意的是，糖尿病眼部病變患者易引發一些常見并發癥，比如高眼壓、并發性白內障、視網膜脫離等。為了達到緩解病情，改善患者生存質量的目標，需采取及時有效的治療方法。該次將該院在2017年2月—2018年2月收治的100例糖尿病眼部病變患者作為研究的對象，其目的是分析評價血管內皮生長因子在其中的應用效果，涉及的研究成果報道如下。
