草地貪夜蛾在江蘇北部早播麥田的發(fā)生與防治

摘要 草地貪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda （J.E.Smith）是我國重要的外來入侵害蟲，2019年8月22日于江蘇北部東辛農(nóng)場發(fā)現(xiàn)草地貪夜蛾為害玉米，9月26日水稻田間零星見蟲，10月22日在早播小麥上初次發(fā)現(xiàn)草地貪夜蛾造成危害，小麥被害率達52.60%，百株蟲量20.4頭。進一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn)5.7%甲維鹽WG防治草地貪夜蛾藥后7 d防效達96.45%，表現(xiàn)較好，可用于麥田草地貪夜蛾的防治。根據(jù)當前草地貪夜蛾為害小麥的嚴峻形勢，我們必須加強對麥田草地貪夜蛾的監(jiān)測與防控。

Abstract Fall armyworm， Spodoptera frugiperda （J.E.Smith）， is an important alien invader in China. It was found caused damage to corn in the Dongxin farm in northern Jiangsu province on August 22， 2019， and occasionally occurred in rice field on September 26. On October 22， the fall armyworm was found caused damage to the early-sown wheat for the first time. The damage rate of wheat was 52.60%， and there were 20.4 larvae per 100 plants. Further study showed that emamectin benzoate 5.7% WG had a high control effect of 96.45% seven days after spraying. Under the current severe situations， the monitoring and control of S. frugiperda in wheat field should be strengthened.

草地貪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda，屬鱗翅目Lepidoptera夜蛾科 Noctuidae灰翅夜蛾屬Spodoptera，原產(chǎn)于美洲熱帶和亞熱帶地區(qū)，是一類嚴重為害農(nóng)作物的遷飛性害蟲[1]，目前已在上百個國家造成危害。草地貪夜蛾具有遷飛能力強、繁殖速度快、寄主范圍廣、為害程度重等特點[2]，其寄主植物包括玉米、高粱、甘蔗、小麥、水稻、棉花等 76 科 353 種植物[3]。2019 年1月，草地貪夜蛾從緬甸入侵我國[4]，目前已擴展蔓延至大部分省市地區(qū)，該蟲除了為害玉米以外，還為害甘蔗、高粱、馬鈴薯、甘藍、小麥等作物[5-9]。

江蘇省農(nóng)墾農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展股份有限公司東辛分公司地處江蘇北部云臺山南麓（東辛農(nóng)場）。東辛農(nóng)場東臨黃海，以重黏土為主，常年麥稻種植面積8 000 hm2，近兩年種植青貯玉米400 hm2。2019年8月22日-10月22日，先后于東辛農(nóng)場的青貯玉米、水稻、早播小麥田發(fā)現(xiàn)草地貪夜蛾遷入為害，并對青貯玉米、早播小麥的生長發(fā)育造成嚴重影響。本文調(diào)查了草地貪夜蛾在早播小麥田間的為害率，并選用5.7%甲維鹽WG進行田間防治試驗，以期尋找控制草地貪夜蛾為害與擴展蔓延的有效方法。……
