【摘? 要】隨著我國從嚴(yán)治黨要求的提高，在具體工作過程中，為了更好地落實(shí)從嚴(yán)治黨的要求，主要圍繞廣大事業(yè)單位的人事干部開展了管理工作。因此，針對事業(yè)單位干部人事檔案的專項(xiàng)審核工作需要更加重視，對人事檔案專項(xiàng)審核工作進(jìn)行不斷改進(jìn)，提高審核工作的效率以及質(zhì)量。基于此，論文對事業(yè)單位干部人事檔案專項(xiàng)審核工作遇到的問題進(jìn)行了分析并提出了改進(jìn)建議。

【Abstract】With the improvement of the requirements of running the party strictly in China， in the specific work process， in order to better implement the requirements of running the party strictly， we mainly carry out the management work centred on the personnel cadres of the vast number of institutions. Therefore， we need to pay more attention to the special audit work for the personnel archives of institutions， and improve the efficiency and quality of the audit work. Based on this， the paper analyzes the problems encountered in the special audit of cadre personnel archives in public institutions and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.

1 引言

事業(yè)單位干部人事檔案專項(xiàng)審核工作的主要作用就是對干部在逐漸成長過程中的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行審核，從而為其今后的選拔以及晉升提供最科學(xué)的依據(jù)。因?yàn)樯婕暗浇窈蟮倪x拔和競爭，所以在進(jìn)行具體的人事檔案專項(xiàng)審核工作過程中需要涉及到很多內(nèi)容，而且在許多內(nèi)容審核時還需要考慮到多種影響因素，所以必須要對人事檔案專項(xiàng)審核工作加以重視并且認(rèn)真對待。

2 人事檔案專項(xiàng)審核的意義

在人事檔案當(dāng)中，主要反映了干部在長期以及連續(xù)工作過程中個人所表現(xiàn)出的思想政治情況，以及工作表現(xiàn)和具體的成長經(jīng)歷，能夠充分將干部自身所擁有的能力以及水平和特長等通過文件的形式反映出來。而且對于干部自身來講，人事檔案也是其在自身合法權(quán)益受到侵害時進(jìn)行自保的主要憑證。而且在現(xiàn)如今的干部選拔以及晉升過程中，人事檔案也是主要的參考依據(jù)，是關(guān)系到事業(yè)單位干部晉升退休以及退休之后各項(xiàng)權(quán)益的重要依據(jù)，所以需要充分的落實(shí)好人事檔案專項(xiàng)審核工作，不斷提高人事檔案審核工作質(zhì)量。……
