【摘? 要】隨著我國經濟的快速發展，國家越來越重視現有的化工生產企業采購化學品過程風險管理工作。化工企業在采購化學品時其實存在著較大的風險，因此必須要根據現有的企業運行情況，選擇合適的化學品采購方法，以提升其基本的效用。論文主要針對現階段的危化工生產企業采購化學品過程風險管理進行有效分析并提出合理化建議。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of China's economy， more and more attention has been paid to the procurement process risk management of existing chemical production enterprises. Chemical enterprises do have a greater risk during purchasing chemicals， so it is necessary to choose the appropriate chemical procurement methods to enhance their basic utility according to the current situation of enterprises. In this paper， the risk management in the process of purchasing chemicals for dangerous chemical enterprises is analyzed and some reasonable suggestions are put forward.

1 引言

在現階段的化學品在采購過程中存在著多種多樣的風險，既普遍存在又客觀合理。由于其所涉及的環節較多以及范圍較廣，無論是多元化的主體還是企業長期性的周期管理，在不同的方面所涉及的社會環境都會出現很大的變化，可能會受到某些不可控因素的影響。危險化學品的危害性較大，導致目前生產企業在化學品采購時的風險識別與管理存在著較大的困難，因此必須要根據現有的發展情況對其進行深入分析，以減少采購中存在的危害。

2 采購過程中相關的事故案例

現階段我國化工企業在采購管理中經常會發生一些安全事故，下面主要介紹三個安全事故來對其進行一個整體性的介紹。2005年3月在廣西壯族自治區桂林市已經發現一個停產兩年的金屬工藝產的廠內有10kg的氫化亞銅被盜，這種化學物品屬于有毒化學物品的一種，在高溫或者酸性物質接觸時會產生一種劇毒性的氯化氫物體，其會導致社會公共安全從而產生一定的隱患性。……
