【摘? 要】習近平總書記曾在“不忘初心、牢記使命”主題教育工作會議上強調，防范化解重大風險是黨的十九大提出的三大攻堅戰(zhàn)之一。目前一些工程企業(yè)片面追求利潤最大化、盲目進行負債經營，造成企業(yè)應收賬款及合同資產出現(xiàn)財務風險，對此，企業(yè)應建立完善的信息與溝通渠道，健全內部控制體系，加強財務管理工作，增強企業(yè)財務風險防范意識等。

【Abstract】 At the educational work conference with the theme of "remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind"， general secretary Xi Jinping once stressed that prevent and defuse major risks is one of the three major battles proposed by the 19th national congress of the party. At present， some engineering enterprises pursue profit maximization one-sidedly， carry on the debt management blindly， cause the enterprise accounts receivable and the contract assets financial risk，. In view of this， the enterprise should establish a perfect information and communication channel， perfect the internal control system， strengthen the financial management work， strengthen the enterprise financial risk prevention consciousness and so on.

1 引言

防范化解重大風險是習近平總書記在“不忘初心、牢記使命”主題教育工作會議上重點強調的三大攻堅戰(zhàn)之一。各項工作重大風險的防范化解，憂患意識和務實行動不可或缺。既要有完善的風險研判機制，還要有有相應的風險應對策略;建立健全風險決策評估機制，使之成為必經程序;建立健全風險防控協(xié)同機制，強化各地區(qū)各部門風險大信息數(shù)據(jù)即時共享;建立健全風險防控考核機制，狠抓機制，層層抓落地。堅持不懈地推進風險防控工作的信息化、精益化，通過建模方式打造風險防控的千里眼和順風耳，理性地認知和有效地管理風險，將“黑天鵝”和“灰犀牛”等風險因素厄殺于搖籃之中，最大限度降低企業(yè)風險成本。

隨著經濟高速運轉，企業(yè)在創(chuàng)造價值的過程中，或多或少都要進行不同項目的投資，風險不同，回報不同，多數(shù)情況下，風險同回報成一定的正比例關系，因此，全面的風險管理在企業(yè)管理中有著舉足輕重的作用。……
