摘要:針對目前中央空調系統存在的能耗高、調整不便等缺陷,基于單片機,設計了一套中央空調自調整溫度控制系統。以STC89C52硬件核心,輔以按鍵電路、DS18B20溫度采集電路、LCD顯示電路和加熱控制電路進行硬件系統設計。同時提出了系統軟件設計與實現方案,使用KEIL 51進行了功能模塊設計,采用Matlab實現了系統的階躍響應仿真,并通過PID控制參數設定完成了對加熱功率的控制。最后,對系統功能進行了驗證和分析。結果表明:該系統既可提高生活環境舒適度,又能提升能源利用率。

Abstract: At present, the widely used central air conditioning system has the disadvantages of high energy consumption and inconvenient adjustment, so it is urgent to optimize the design. In this paper, a self-adjusting temperature control system of central air-conditioning was designed based on single-chip microcomputer. The hardware system was designed with STC89C52 as the core of the hardware, supplemented by button circuit, DS18B20 temperature acquisition circuit, LCD display circuit and heating control circuit. Then, the implementation scheme of the system software was proposed. The function module design was carried out with KEIL 51. The step response simulation of the system was realized based on Matlab, and the heating power was controlled by the PID control parameter setting. Finally, the system functions were verified and analyzed. The results show that the air conditioning temperature control system designed in this paper can not only improve the comfort of living environment, but also improve energy efficiency, and has certain social value and use value.

中央空調現被廣泛應用到工業與民用建筑等領域,如各種大型商場、辦公樓等高樓大廈[1],傳統溫控系統在控制溫度的同時,會消耗大量的電能,造成極大的能耗損失,為此對空調溫控系統進行優化設計成為研究熱點。隨著社會的快速發展,人們對能源利用問題也越來越重視。目前大量使用的家用電器都采用機械控溫,但這種控溫方式價格高昂,為此設計一種電子自動化溫控系統具有較大的現實意義[2]。本文基于STC89C52單片機,設計了中央空調自調整溫度控制系統。基本思路是:利用PWM脈寬調制的加熱控制電路來控制系統輸出功率,采用溫度傳感器DS18B20及LCD1602液晶顯示屏,可將溫度設定在一定范圍內,并根據設定的溫度進行加熱系統調控,以實現溫度自動控制。
