吡非尼酮聯合止咳化痰湯治療特發性肺纖維化的效果

[摘要] 目的 分析吡非尼酮聯合止咳化痰湯治療特發性肺纖維化的效果。 方法 將2017年8月～2018年8月湖南省中醫藥研究院附屬醫院收治的110例特發性肺纖維化患者進行此次研究，按掛號先后順序均分為對照組和觀察組，每組55例。對照組用吡非尼酮治療，觀察組用吡非尼酮聯合止咳化痰湯治療，比較兩組的肺功能指標、血清炎癥因子水平、不良反應情況。 結果 治療后，對照組的肺功能指標顯著差于觀察組（其中對照組的FEV1值明顯高于觀察組;對照組的FVC值明顯多于觀察組;對照組的DLco值明顯長于觀察組;對照組的MMEF值明顯高于觀察組），差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）;對照組的血清炎癥因子水平顯著差于觀察組（對照組的IL-6值顯著少于觀察組;對照組的IL-12值顯著高于觀察組;對照組的IL-18值顯著低于觀察組），差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）;對照組的不良反應情況顯著高于觀察組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。 結論 吡非尼酮聯合止咳化痰湯治療特發性肺纖維化有非常好的效果，可減少患者在院期間的咳嗽等情況，降低患者出現惡心等不良反應的概率，值得使用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of pirfenidone combined with Zhike Huatan decoction on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Methods A total of 110 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2017 to August 2018 were included in this study. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of registration，with 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with pirfenidone，and the observation group was treated with pirfenidone combined with Zhike Huatan decoction. The lung function indexes，serum inflammatory factor levels， and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， the lung function index of the control group was significantly worse than that of the observation group（of which the FEV1 value of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group; The FVC value of the control group was significantly more than that of the observation group; The DLco value of the control group was significantly longer than that of the observation group; the MMEF value in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group）， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Pirfenidone combined with Zhike Huatan decoction has very good effect in treating idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. It can reduce the cough and other conditions of patients during hospitalization and reduce the probability of adverse reactions such as nausea，and is worth using.

綜上所述，吡非尼酮聯合止咳化痰湯治療特發性肺纖維化有非常好的效果，減少了患者在院期間的咳嗽等情況，降低了患者出現惡心等不良反應的概率，值得使用。
