半夏白術天麻湯聯合西藥治療痰濕內阻證高血壓合并高脂血癥58例臨床觀察

【摘 要】 目的：觀察氨氯地平阿托伐他汀鈣片對高血壓合并高脂血癥的治療效果。方法：選取116例高血壓合并高脂血癥患者作為研究對象，按照隨機數字表法分為對照組和觀察組，對照組給予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀鈣片治療，觀察組在對照組基礎上給予半夏白術天麻湯治療，比較兩組治療效果、血壓、血脂水平及血液流變學指標，記錄不良反應。結果：觀察組治療總有效率為91.38%，顯著高于對照組的75.86%，差異具有統計學意義（P<0.05）;治療后，觀察組血壓、血清甘油三酯（TG）、總膽固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇（LDL-C）、高切全血粘度、中切全血粘度、低切全血粘度、血漿粘度均低于對照組，差異具有統計學意義（P<0.05）;治療后觀察組高密度脂蛋白膽固醇（HDL-C）明顯高于對照組，差異具有統計學意義（P<0.05）;觀察組和治療組均無嚴重不良反應發生，觀察組與對照組的不良反應率差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。結論：半夏白術天麻湯聯合氨氯地平阿托伐他汀鈣片對高血壓合并高脂血癥臨床療效較好，可有效降低血壓、血脂，改善血液流變學異常，不良反應少。

Clinical observation on 58 cases of hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia of phlegm-dampness

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of the Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decotion plus Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablet on hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia. MethodsOne hundred and sixteen patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table. The control group was teated with Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablet， and the observation group was treated with the Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decotion plus Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablet. The clinical efficacy， blood pressure， blood lipid level， hemorheological indexes were compared before and after the treatment between the two groups， and adverse reactions were recorded. ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 91.38%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group （75.86%）， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the systolic blood pressure（SBP）， diastolic blood pressure（DBP）， serum triglyceride （TG）， total cholesterol （TC）， low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）， blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P<0.05）. The high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment（P<0.05）. There was no serious adverse reaction in the observation group and the treatment group， the adverse reaction rate was 6.90% in the observation group and 5.17% in the control group， the difference was not statistically significant （P>0.05）.ConclusionBanxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablet has a significant clinical effect on hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia. It can effectively reduce blood pressure， blood lipids， improve hemorheological abnormalities， and causes fewer adverse reactions.

隨著生活質量的提高以及人口的老齡化，高血壓合并高脂血癥的患病率逐年升高[1]。氨氯地平阿托伐他汀鈣片適用于高血壓、高膽固醇血癥或冠心病等危癥（如：癥狀性動脈粥樣硬化性疾病、糖尿病等）合并高膽固醇血癥或混合型血脂異常者，能夠有效控制血壓、血脂水平，但隨著劑量的加大出現了一定的不良反應[2]。隨著對中醫學研究的深入，中醫中藥對慢性疾病具有較好的治療效果，并且不增加明顯不良反應率。本筆者選取116例高血壓合并高脂血癥患者作為研究對象，旨在觀察半夏白術天麻湯聯合西藥對高血壓合并高脂血癥的臨床療效，現報道如下。
