三七血竭膠囊聯(lián)合中醫(yī)針灸對膝關(guān)節(jié)半月板損傷關(guān)節(jié)鏡成形術(shù)后功能康復(fù)的療效分析

【摘要】 目的：探討三七血竭膠囊聯(lián)合中醫(yī)針灸對膝關(guān)節(jié)半月板損傷關(guān)節(jié)鏡成形術(shù)后功能康復(fù)效果。方法：選取筆者所在醫(yī)院2018年12月-

2019年12月收治的膝關(guān)節(jié)半月板損傷行關(guān)節(jié)鏡成形術(shù)患者80例，按照隨機數(shù)字表法將其分為觀察組和對照組，每組40例。兩組患者術(shù)后均予以功能鍛煉治療，觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上予以三七血竭膠囊聯(lián)合中醫(yī)針灸治療。比較兩組術(shù)前、術(shù)后1 d及1、2、4周VAS評分、股四頭肌萎縮指數(shù)及Lysholm評分。結(jié)果：兩組術(shù)前及術(shù)后1 d VAS評分、股四頭肌萎縮指數(shù)及Lysholm評分比較，差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05）;兩組術(shù)后1、2、4周VAS評分、股四頭肌萎縮指數(shù)均較術(shù)前降低，Lysholm評分較術(shù)前升高，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;觀察組術(shù)后1、2、4周VAS評分和股四頭肌萎縮指數(shù)均低于對照組，Lysholm評分高于對照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：三七血竭膠囊聯(lián)合中醫(yī)針灸對膝關(guān)節(jié)半月板損傷關(guān)節(jié)鏡成形術(shù)后功能康復(fù)具有良好的療效，具有一定的臨床意義。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of Sanqi Xuejie Capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture on the functional rehabilitation after arthroscopy for meniscus injury of knee joint. Method： A total of 80 patients with meniscus injury of knee joint treated by arthroscopy in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of random number table， 40 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were treated with functional exercise after surgery， and the observation group was treated with Sanqi Xuejie Capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture on this base. The VAS score， quadriceps atrophy index and Lysholm score were compared between the two groups before and after surgery at 1 d， 1， 2 and 4 weeks. Result： There were no significant differences in VAS score， quadriceps atrophy index and Lysholm score between the two groups before and 1 d after surgery （P>0.05）. The VAS score， quadriceps atrophy index and Lysholm score of the two groups at 1， 2 and 4 weeks after surgery were all lower than those before surgery， while Lysholm score was higher than that before surgery， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The VAS score and quadriceps atrophy index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1， 2 and 4 weeks after surgery， and Lysholm score was higher than that of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Sanqi Xuejie Capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture has a good curative effect on the functional rehabilitation after arthroscopy for meniscus injury of knee joint， and has a certain clinical significance.

人體半月板是位于膝關(guān)節(jié)關(guān)節(jié)間隙的一種纖維軟骨，內(nèi)外各有一塊，結(jié)構(gòu)呈半環(huán)形，外側(cè)較厚，內(nèi)側(cè)薄銳，具有增加脛骨髁凹陷及襯墊股骨內(nèi)外髁的作用，可以加強膝關(guān)節(jié)的穩(wěn)定性并緩沖關(guān)節(jié)震蕩而保護關(guān)節(jié)[1]。由于其特殊的解剖特異性，半月板的血供主要來源于周圍軟組織及半月板周邊的毛細(xì)血管網(wǎng)，血供較差，半月板損傷后，常可引起周圍軟組織撕裂性損傷，血液供給進一步減少，因此，半月板受傷后愈合緩慢，預(yù)后較差，嚴(yán)重者可形成慢性骨關(guān)節(jié)炎，影響患者的生活質(zhì)量和身體健康[2]。盡管目前關(guān)節(jié)鏡成形術(shù)已廣泛應(yīng)用于半月板損傷的患者，但術(shù)后半月板的修復(fù)仍是手術(shù)能否成功的關(guān)鍵。我國……
