八味黃連跌打水外敷治療跟骨骨折早期軟組織急性腫脹的臨床觀察

【摘要】 目的：探討八味黃連跌打水外敷治療跟骨骨折早期軟組織急性腫脹患者的臨床效果。方法：研究選擇2018年10月-2019年12月筆者所在醫院收治的跟骨新鮮骨折早期軟組織急性腫脹患者60例，隨機分為兩組，各30例，對照組常規消腫處理治療，觀察組增加八味黃連跌打水外敷治療，評價兩組腫脹程度、疼痛程度及皮紋皺紋改善效果。結果：治療2、4 d后觀察組患足腫脹程度及疼痛程度均低于對照組，差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）;治療后，觀察組皮紋皺紋改善效果優于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：針對跟骨骨折早期軟組織急性腫脹患者在常規消腫治療基礎上增加八味黃連跌打水外敷治療可促進腫脹及疼痛盡快緩解，促進皮紋皺紋改善，恢復效果較好，值得推廣應用。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of external treatment of acute soft tissue swelling in early calcaneal fracture patients with Bawei Huanglian Diedashui. Method： From October 2018 to December 2019， 60 patients with acute soft tissue swelling in early calcaneal fracture in our hospital were selected， they were randomly divided into two groups， 30 cases in each. The control group was treated with routine detumescence treatment， and the observation group was treated with external application of Bawei Huanglian Diedashui. The swelling degree， pain degree and furrow effect of the two groups were evaluated. Result： After 2 and 4 days of treatment， the degree of foot swelling and pain degree in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the improvement effect of skin wrinkles in the observation group was better than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： For patients with acute soft tissue swelling in the early stage of calcaneal fracture， adding Bawei Huanglian Diedashui to the routine treatment of swelling can promote the relief of swelling and pain as soon as possible， promote the improvement of skin wrinkles and wrinkles， and have a good recovery effect. Therefore， it is worthy of promotion and application.

跟骨骨折早期軟組織急性腫脹需盡早展開消腫治療，其中常規消腫處理治療多選擇制動、冰敷、甘露醇脫水等，雖然可起到一定消腫效果，但速度慢，延誤最佳治療時機，需加強對其他更加安全可靠消腫治療方案的研究[1]。如今中醫在骨折急性腫脹治療中受到重視，認為骨折急性腫脹與血瘀、氣滯密切相關，治療需注重活血化瘀、消腫止痛，而采用中藥外敷治療可發揮局部藥效，確保快速緩解疼痛，消腫[2]。八味黃連跌打水具有清熱解毒、活血消腫功效，應用在跟骨骨折早期軟組織急性腫脹中可起到快速消腫作用，而對其具體療效及作用機制需深入研究。為此，本次研究對八味黃連跌打水外敷治療跟骨骨折早期軟組織急性腫脹患者的臨床效果進行了探討，具體如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

選擇2018年10月-2019年12月筆者所在醫院收治的跟骨新鮮骨折早期軟組織急性腫脹患者60例，均為傷后24 h內入院，均為單側跟骨骨折，且經臨床及影像學檢查確診[3]。……
