144 名重慶援鄂醫療隊隊員，以及 3.9 噸援助醫療物資。

航站樓上紅色的“武漢”二字依然熟悉，但昔日繁忙的機場此刻在乘務長余盈盈眼里非常冷清，僅停機坪一角，零星停放著幾架飛機。目送所有醫務人員走出機艙后，余盈盈眼中泛起淚花，“他們的背影讓我看到了一群‘身披金甲圣衣，腳踏七彩祥云’的勇士，一群為了無數小家挺身而出的勇士。”

關上艙門，飛機返航。此時的余盈盈才發現， 幾乎所有乘務員的護目鏡上，都因為淚水泛起了一層霧氣。

At 23：40 on January 26， chartered flight OQ2397 of Chongqing Airlines arrived at Wuhan Tianhe Airport smoothly. On the flight， there were 144 member of the Chongqing medical team for aid to Hubei and 3.9 tons of medical supplies.

The once busy airport seemed so quiet in the eyes of Yu Yingying， the flight attendant， with only a few planes parking sporadically in a corner of the parking apron， leaving the big red letter "Wuhan" much standing out.

Watching all the medical staff stepping out of the cabin， tears welled up in Yu Yingying's eyes. "From their back， I see agroup of warriors 'wearing golden armorand stepping on colorful clouds'， who stand up for countless families."

Closing the hatch， the plane was ready to return. Yu Yingying then discovered that almost all the flight attendants' goggles were covered with mist because of tears.

正月初二飛武漢

Flying to Wuhan on the Second Day of the Lunar January

飛武漢那天是農歷正月初二，也是余盈盈家吃團年飯的日子。

和往年一樣，余盈盈上午 10 點就開始忙著準備團年飯。正當余盈盈忙著淘菜時，她的電話鈴響起，“余盈盈，做好準備，晚上由你執飛一趟包機，目的地為武漢。”

掛斷電話，余盈盈轉身跟母親說，“媽， 晚上我不在家吃飯了，臨時安排加班，要飛一趟武漢。”武漢，在此刻意味著什么，人們心里都很清楚。臨出門前，母親拉著余盈盈的手， 又檢查了一遍她的口罩、護目鏡等防護物品， 叮囑“好好工作，注意安全，早點回家”。

當天晚上 8：36，機組人員登機，確認各項準備工作，等待醫療隊員登機。

醫療隊員登機后，余盈盈看到他們隨身攜帶的背包就很心疼，“正月初二，正是一家人團聚的時候，他們隨身攜帶的卻只是統一配發的壓縮餅干。”

乘務員特別為醫務人員準備了食物。在一小時的飛行時間里，小小的餐車在機艙里來來回回，牛奶、飲料、餅干等各種食物被“塞” 進醫療隊員的背包中。

1月 28 日，余盈盈在網上看到了一篇重慶援鄂醫療隊隊員的日記，日記里這樣描述：“乘務員恨不得把飛機廚房里所有的東西都發給我們，不僅有漢堡和水，他們還一次次拿出罐裝飲料甚至 1L/ 盒的牛奶問我們：有需要的嗎？ 甚至有空乘拿著抽紙和消毒濕巾追著我們問： 有需要的嗎？他們的服務細致入微，十分貼心， 讓我心里很溫暖。”

The flight to Wuhan took off the second day of the lunar January， and it was also the day when Yu Yingying's family had a reunion dinner.

As in previous years， Yu Yingying began to prepare for the reunion dinner at 10 a.m. Her telephone rang just as she was busy washing vegetables. "Get ready for your charter flight to Wuhan this night."

Hang up the phone， Yu Yingying turned to her mother and said， "Mom， I won't have dinner at home tonight. I was asked to fly to Wuhan just now." Both of them knowexactly what the word Wuhan means at this moment. Before going out， her mother took Yu Yingying by hand， checking her masks， goggles and other protective articles again and again， urging her to "work hard， be safe and go home early".

The crew boarded the plane at 8： 36 p.m. that night， confirmed all preparations and waited for the medical team.

After the medical team boarded the plane， Yu Yingying felt very distressed when she saw the backpacks they were carrying. "It's the second day of lunar January， a time for family reunion. Yet they are carrying compressed biscuits uniformly distributed."

The flight attendants then prepared some food for the medical staff. Thenthroughout the following hour， the small dining car went back and forth in the cabin， bringing milk， drinks， biscuits and other foods to the backpacks of the medical team members.

On January 28， Yu Yingying saw a diary of a member of Chongqing's medical team on the Internet. It reads： "The steward even wished to pack the plane kitchen up for us. Not only hamburgers and water， but also canned drinks and bottles of milk. They kept asking us： Do you want this？ Some flight attendants， with paper extraction and disinfectant wipe in hands， even chased us and asked： Do you want this？ Their meticulous and considerate services warm my heart."

飛機上的“生日宴會” “Birthday Party” on the Plane

2月 15 日，重慶航空第三次執行運送重慶援鄂醫療隊的包機任務，向武漢運送 102 名醫療人員和 5.2 噸防疫物資。

余盈盈再次執飛了這趟包機。“因為有了第一次的經驗，我們準備得格外充分。”機組人員不僅用熱情的話語為醫療隊員們加油打氣， 還在機艙最顯眼的地方，用紅色花朵拼出了“平安回家”的字樣，并且布置了一棵“許愿樹” 和貼紙，讓每一位醫療隊員寫下自己的心愿， 貼到“許愿樹”上。

不少醫務工作者寫下希望家人健康、平安的心愿，還有人寫“回重慶吃火鍋”“早日脫單” 等。這其中，最多的是“平安回家”。

最觸動余盈盈的，是一對夫妻的心愿。疫情期間，夫妻倆都是重慶市援鄂醫療隊成員， 孩子托付給了家中的老人照料，心愿卡中，父母寫下心愿：“寶貝女兒，爸媽出征，請你一定照顧好自己，等我們回家。”

在整理這趟旅客的信息時，重慶航空工作人員發現，航班上有兩名醫護人員的生日分別是2月 15 日和2月 16 日。而飛機恰巧是2月 15日晚上啟程，2 月 16 日凌晨抵達武漢。為此， 重慶航空為兩位壽星特別準備了一場生日宴會。

當余盈盈推出生日蛋糕時，兩名壽星非常吃驚。余盈盈告訴他們，自己的生日也是 2 月16日，“是特別的緣分。”

這趟飛機上，還有一名武漢籍乘務員王斯施。她通過機組廣播，含淚表達了對醫療隊員們的感謝。那個場景，讓余盈盈特別感動。

飛機抵達武漢后，乘務員們為醫療隊員送上了最真誠的祝福，她們反復地對每一位隊員說，“你們一定要健康平安回家，我們在重慶等你們。”

Chongqing Airlines， on February 15， sent the third chartered flight to deliver a 102-member medical aid teamof Chongqing and 5.2 tons of epidemic prevention materials to Wuhan.

Yu Yingying flew this flight again. "Thanks to our first flight， we are extremely well prepared this time." The crew not only cheered the medical team members with warm words， but also spelled out the words "come home safe" with red flowers in the most conspicuous part of the cabin， and set a "wishing tree". They also offered stickers for the members to write down their wishes and stick them on the "wishing tree".

Soon， the wishing tree was overwhelmed with the little wishes of the medical staff. Most wish for the health and safety of their families， while some wrote "I'm going to eat hot pot first when I get back to Chongqing" and "I'll get myself a boyfriend". Among them， the most is "go back home safe".

What touched Yu Yingying most was the wish of a couple. Both the husband and wife were members of Chongqing's medicalaid team to Hubei amid the epidemic. They entrusted their children to their parents. In the wish card， they wrote： "Our little girl， please take good care of yourself until we go home."

When sorting out passenger information， Chongqing Airlines' staff found that the birthdays of two medical staff were February 15 and February 16 respectively. The plane happened to take off on the evening of February 15 and arrived in Wuhan in the early morning of February 16. To this end， Chongqing Airlines prepared a special party for the two birthday girls.

The two girls were very surprised when Yu Yingying brought the birthday cake to them. Yu Yingying told them that her birthday was on the same day. "Seems that we're brought together by fate".

On this plane， there was also a flight attendant named Wang Sishi who came from Wuhan. She expressed her thanks to the medical team with tears in her eyes throughthe crew broadcast. Yu Yingying was particularly moved by that scene.

After the plane arrived in Wuhan， the flight attendants sent their most sincere wishes to the medical team members. They repeatedly said to each one， "Come home healthy and safe. We will wait for you in Chongqing."

特殊時期的“平凡英雄” “Ordinary Heroes” in Special Periods of Time

第一次運送重慶援鄂醫療隊到武漢后，余盈盈接到了一個電話：“執飛這樣的航班有沒有什么特定的資質要求？我可以申請執飛嗎？” 打來電話的，是一名剛剛結束實習期的乘務員， 那名乘務員也想參加運送援鄂醫療隊的任務。疫情期間，余盈盈收到了不少類似的請求。

作為重慶航空空乘部一分部的副經理，余盈盈在疫情期間還要特別關注乘務員們的身體狀況和心理狀況。

疫情期間，凡是飛往高風險地區的航班， 回到重慶后，機組人員都要居家隔離。余盈盈所在的分部，為居家隔離的乘務員建了一個微信群。“陸續有 90 多人被拉進了這個微信群， 我每天要跟蹤記錄他們的身體狀況。”余盈盈說。

“我所在分部的 180 名空乘人員，沒有一人提出請假，所有乘務員都堅守在崗位上。” 乘務員的敬業精神，時常令余盈盈感動。

今年 3 月起，航班量漸漸增多。余盈盈說，

“用不了多長時間，我們就又要回到‘空中飛人’ 的工作狀態，這也是重慶航空所有空乘人員的期待。”

As the deputy manager of the first branch of Chongqing Airlines Flight Attendant Department， Yu Yingying have to pay special attention to the physical

and psychological conditions of the flight attendants during the epidemic.

During the COVID-19 epidemic， all flights to high-risk areas will be isolated at home after returning to Chongqing. Yu Yingying's branch has created a WeChat group for these isolated flight attendants. "More than 90 people have been added in this WeChat group one after another. I have to track and record their physical condition every day." Yu Yingying said.

"None of the 180 flight attendants in my branch asked for leave， and all of them stayed on the job." Yu Yingying was deeply touched by their professional ethics.

Since March this year， the number of flights has gradually increased. "It won't be long before we return to the working state of 'trapeze artists'. This is what all my fellow flight attendants of Chongqing Airlines have been expected most." so said Yu Yingying.
