基于CiteSpace的體醫結合研究熱點與發展趨勢分析

摘要：目的 ?對近20年“體醫結合”相關研究進行回顧，找出研究熱點規律，預測研究發展趨勢。方法 ?運用Cite Space分析工具，以1999～2019年CNKI數據庫收錄的321篇“體醫結合”研究相關的文獻為樣本，采用文獻計量學和科學知識圖譜，對“體醫結合”研究的作者與機構分布、研究熱點內容、年度文獻分布及發展脈絡進行分析。結果 ?發文量≥3的作者13人，排前3的是郭建軍、付強、傅蘭英;以付強、傅蘭英為核心的團隊等共4個團隊在“體醫結合”研究中合作較為穩定;發文量≥3的機構13個，1999～2019 年開展“體醫結合”的研究發文量最多的機構是新鄉醫學院體育部，累計發文量 8 篇;所統計的321篇期刊文獻中獲取到69個關鍵詞，選取頻次≥6的關鍵詞12個，“體醫結合”關鍵詞出現頻次達258次，其出現頻率遠高于其他，是該研究領域的研究主題;關鍵詞出現的頻次及中心度的正相關性略有偏差，中心度位于前3位的是“體醫結合”、健康中國、醫學院校;“體醫結合”研究呈現為萌芽期（1999～2005年）、平穩過渡期（2006～2015 年）、快速發展期（2016～2019 年）3個時期。結論 ?“體醫結合”總體研究水平不高，研究成果較為分散，跨學科、跨領域的作者和機構的智庫尚未形成;參與研究人員層次不高，相互間合作網絡密度較低，深層次合作缺乏，明確的核心研究人員和核心團隊缺乏;真正進入研究發展快速時間較短，體育、醫學權威研究機構及政府組成部門出現一邊熱一邊冷現象。應鼓勵高水平研究人員參與研究;加強研究者之間的緊密合作;借鑒國外經驗，加強頂層設計。

Abstract：Objective ?To review the related research on "Integration of Sports and Medicine" in the past 20 years， to find out the law of research hotspots and to predict the development trend of research.Methods ?Using the Cite Space analysis tool， 321 articles related to the study of "Integration of Sports and Medicine" included in the CNKI database from 1999 to 2019 were used as samples， and bibliometrics and scientific knowledge graphs were used to identify the authors and institutions of the study of "Integration of Sports and Medicine". Analyze the distribution， research hotspot content， annual document distribution and development context.Results ?There were 13 authors with a number of articles ≥3， and the top 3 are Guo Jianjun， Fu Qiang， and Fu Lanying; a total of 4 teams with Fu Qiang and Fu Lanying as the core team were more stable in cooperation in the "Integration of Sports and Medicine" research; the number of articles ≥there were 13 institutions in 3， 1999～2019， the institution that carried out the research on "Integration of Sports and Medicine" and published the most was the Sports Department of Xinxiang Medical College， with a total of 8 articles; 69 keywords were obtained from the statistics of 321 journal articles select 12 keywords with frequency ≥6. The keyword "Integration of Sports and Medicine" appeared frequently 258 times， which was much higher than others. It was a research topic in this research field; the frequency and centrality of keywords were positive，there was a slight deviation in the correlation. The top 3 centers were "Integration of Sports and Medicine"， Healthy China， and Medical Colleges; the research of "Integration of Sports and Medicine" was in its infancy （1999～2005） and a smooth transition period （2006～ 2015） and the rapid development period （2016～2019）.Conclusion ?The overall research level of "Integration of Sports and Medicine" was not high， the research results were relatively scattered， and the think tanks of authors and institutions across disciplines and fields had not yet formed; the level of participating researchers was not high， the density of mutual cooperation networks was low， and deep-level cooperation was lacking，there was a lack of clear core researchers and core teams; it took a short time to really enter the research and development， and the sports and medical authoritative research institutions and government departments appear to be hot while cold. High-level researchers should be encouraged to participate in research; strengthen close cooperation among researchers; learn from foreign experience and strengthen top-level design.
