在長(zhǎng)江、嘉陵江交匯的朝天門(mén)，個(gè)性張揚(yáng)的“來(lái)福士”正在拔地而起，傲視兩江。而在它的對(duì)岸，無(wú)數(shù)的江景民宿已打扮妥當(dāng)，爭(zhēng)相在這“朝天揚(yáng)帆”的盛景前合影：不同的裝修與攝影風(fēng)格，不變的是窗外“來(lái)福士”魔幻的施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，它們都是“Airbnb”上最?yuàn)Z目的定妝照。

本項(xiàng)目位于重慶的一處臨江小區(qū)，面向朝天門(mén)有極佳的觀賞角度。業(yè)主買(mǎi)下了 25 層兩套相鄰的毛坯房，每套三室兩廳兩衛(wèi)，總面積 233m2。在滿足自住功能后多余的房間用作民宿對(duì)外經(jīng)營(yíng)。從外部觀看，小區(qū)的房間有局部躍層的處理，形成通高6m的開(kāi)放式陽(yáng)臺(tái)，這激發(fā)了居民們旺盛的熱情與創(chuàng)造力：有的封閉起陽(yáng)臺(tái)，有的添置了夾層，有的改造成花園……不同的結(jié)構(gòu)形式、材料與色彩爭(zhēng)奇斗艷，整個(gè)小區(qū)似乎重現(xiàn)了柯布西耶的阿爾及爾市OBUS規(guī)劃，是一個(gè)可容納多樣化表達(dá)和二次設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)。

綜合考慮現(xiàn)有的管線位置和房間面積，除自住之外，一共改造了5間民宿客房。其中，保留了開(kāi)放式通高陽(yáng)臺(tái)的躍層客房是本次設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)。我們將陽(yáng)臺(tái)區(qū)域確立為該客房的垂直交通空間，在室內(nèi)增加局部夾層，一樓為起居室和衛(wèi)生間， 二樓為臥室。為了充分利用梯段之間的休息平臺(tái)，在不同高度上創(chuàng)造與江景互動(dòng)的小場(chǎng)所，我們配合對(duì)岸的景觀將休息平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)成兩個(gè)“觀景器”，提供不同角度和姿勢(shì)的觀景選擇。在具體的形式操作上，電影《蒂凡尼的早餐》中有一個(gè)經(jīng)典的場(chǎng)景：奧黛麗·赫本倚在消防樓梯上撥弦清唱《Moon River》，并與樓上的男主人公打招呼。這個(gè)橋段讓我們有了一些更加生動(dòng)的設(shè)想：除了人與景的互動(dòng)之外，也應(yīng)該有人與人的互動(dòng)。因而將兩個(gè)“觀景器”設(shè)置為朝內(nèi)傾斜的形狀，兼顧看景與互看的角度，民宿也因此得名：“月河對(duì)影”。這并非是建筑學(xué)所感興趣的深刻隱喻或敘事，而僅提供一種通俗的廣告式的浪漫移情對(duì)象。

我們以建筑師的專業(yè)角色加入到了整個(gè)小區(qū)的“陽(yáng)臺(tái)大狂歡”之中。在這一持續(xù)發(fā)酵并不斷演進(jìn)的事件里，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，陽(yáng)臺(tái)作為一種建筑要素的內(nèi)涵被進(jìn)一步的豐富了：它除了貢獻(xiàn)內(nèi)與外、公與私、藏與露等空間和形式上的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)場(chǎng)之外，也提供了討論混亂與秩序、正規(guī)性與非正規(guī)性等議題的紀(jì)錄場(chǎng)。

In Chaotianmen, where the Yangtze and Jialing rivers meet, the swanky "Raffles" is rising.On the other side of the river, countless river view homestay have been dressed up, vying for photos in front of the "upturned sails": different decoration and photography styles, the same is the magic construction site of the "Raffles" outside the window. They are all the most dazzling makeup photos on "Airbnb".

This project is located in a riverside community in Chongqing, which has an excellent viewing angle towards Chaotianmen. The owner bought two adjacent raw houses on the 25th floor, each with three bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, totaling 233 square metres. After meeting the function of self-accommodation, the spare rooms are used for the external operation of homestay.Viewed from the outside, the buildings have open balconies with a total height of six metres. The property management does not control the building fa?ade, which gives the residents a lot of space to play:some close the balcony, some add a mezzanine, some transform it into a garden...with different structural forms, materials and colours, the whole community seems to reproduce the Algiers OBUS planning of Le Corbusier, as a basic structure to accommodate diverse expressions and secondary designs.

Considering the existing pipeline location and room area, five guesthouse rooms have been renovated in addition to the self-occupied rooms.Among them, the guest rooms with open balconies are the focus of this design. We established the balcony area as the vertical traffic space of the guest room, and added a partial mezzanine to the interior,with the living room and bathroom on the ground floor and the bedroom on the second floor. In order to make full use of the rest platforms between the steps and create small places of interaction with the river scene at different heights, we designed the rest platform as two "viewfinders", offering different viewing options from different angles and positions.

The movieBreakfast at Tiffany'soffers a classic scene: Audrey Hepburn leans on the fire stairs singing"Moon River" and greets the hero upstairs. It gives us some more vivid ideas: in addition to the interaction between people and scenery, there should also be interaction between people. Therefore, we set the two "viewfinders" in an inward-sloping shape, taking into account the angle of view of each other. Hence the name of homestay: "Moon River". This is not a profound metaphor or narrative that architecture is interested in, but only provides a kind of romantic empathic object of popular advertisement.

We joined in the "balcony carnival" of the whole community in the role of professional architects. In this continuously fermented and evolving event, we find that the meaning of balcony as an architectural element is further enriched: it not only provides the experiment field of space and form issues such as inside and outside, public and private, hiding and exposing, but also provides a record field to discuss the issues such as chaos and order, formality and informality.

龍灝：本項(xiàng)目也許可以稱為“套娃陽(yáng)臺(tái)”，或者“陽(yáng)臺(tái)的再生”？就設(shè)計(jì)本身而言，利用通高的原有陽(yáng)臺(tái)空間結(jié)合業(yè)主功能要求進(jìn)行的小創(chuàng)作——從套房下層客廳外原有陽(yáng)臺(tái)標(biāo)高通過(guò)新建造的小樓梯通往上層臥室外新設(shè)置的小陽(yáng)臺(tái)，材料、形式上都可謂中規(guī)中矩、無(wú)悲無(wú)喜。然而，設(shè)計(jì)師注意到了本項(xiàng)目的特殊性在于它的視覺(jué)對(duì)景正是網(wǎng)絡(luò)笑談重慶作為“新加坡分坡”的一組巨構(gòu)建筑，無(wú)論建筑學(xué)界對(duì)其評(píng)價(jià)如何，獵奇社會(huì)心理下它仍然成為了“網(wǎng)紅打卡”標(biāo)志物，正如“審丑”也能成為第一代網(wǎng)紅人物一樣。設(shè)計(jì)師正是以此為出發(fā)點(diǎn)對(duì)原有陽(yáng)臺(tái)中的加建部分進(jìn)行了景框式的空間設(shè)計(jì)，在考慮對(duì)外觀景視線的同時(shí)還兼顧了新設(shè)計(jì)所形成的上下兩個(gè)陽(yáng)臺(tái)空間之間的視線交流關(guān)系，最終為業(yè)主塑造網(wǎng)紅民宿提供了一個(gè)空間基礎(chǔ)，也使得本設(shè)計(jì)獨(dú)特的“地點(diǎn)性”得以彰顯。

青鋒：比這個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)更吸引我的注意力的，是設(shè)計(jì)師所撰寫(xiě)的設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明。當(dāng)讀到建筑師將自己的作品與勒·柯布西耶的阿爾及爾OBUS規(guī)劃相聯(lián)系，并且稱之為一場(chǎng)“陽(yáng)臺(tái)大狂歡”時(shí)，我忍不住拍案叫絕。這不正是重慶這座現(xiàn)代建筑的魔幻之地在建筑學(xué)上的意義所在嗎？交通穿越建筑，但不是卡朋特中心的步道，而是輕軌穿過(guò)住宅。屋頂上的高速公路，只不過(guò)路面蓋住了屋頂，而不是直接利用屋頂本身。如果OBUS計(jì)劃真的實(shí)施，的確會(huì)成為一場(chǎng)狂歡，甚至可能將后現(xiàn)代建筑的到來(lái)提前30余年。這是又一個(gè)“古老”的理念仍然激發(fā)嶄新創(chuàng)作的例子。在這樣一個(gè)魔幻的城市里，在這樣一個(gè)狂歡的氛圍中，還能保持建筑學(xué)意義上的清醒與柔情，是這個(gè)陽(yáng)臺(tái)給予我們的出乎意料的啟示。

LONG Hao: This project may be described as "balcony of Matryoshka Doll", or "rebirth of balcony". As far as design itself is concerned, it is an appropriate and wonderless creation in terms of materials and form, where the existing balcony space with double height is utilised to combine with the functional requirements of the owner – from the elevation of the original balcony outside the living room on the lower level of the suite, a newly-built small staircase leads to a new balcony outside the bedrooms on the upper level. However, the designer noted that the uniqueness of this project lies in the fact that its visual counterpart is exactly a group of giant structures that culminates in Chongqing being deemed the "second Singapore" on the Internet. Regardless of how the architectural field evaluates it, it has still become the symbol of "web celebrity" thanks to the public's curiosity, just as the "judge of ugliness" can also become the first generation of "web celebrities". This serves as the designer's starting point to create frame style spatial design for the addition of the original balcony. It not only considers the landscape view, but also gives consideration to the line of sight between the two balconies formed by the new design. This eventually lays the foundation for the homestay owner to form a possible homestay of web celebrity under the background of "web celebrity", and also highlights the unique "location" of this design. QING Feng: What caught my attention more than the design itself was its description written by the designer. When I read that the architect associated his work with Le Corbusier's Plan Obus Algiers and called it a "Great Balcony Carnival", I could not help but applaud it. Isn't this the architectural significance of Chongqing, the magical land of modern architecture? The transportation passes through the building;but instead of the Carpenter Centre's path it is the light rail that passes through the residential housing.The expressway on the roof is merely the pavement which covers the roof, rather than directly employing the roof itself. If the OBUS plan is implemented, it will indeed be a carnival, and may even bring forward the arrival of post-modern architecture by more than 30 years. This is another example of an "old" idea still inspiring new creations. In such a magical city, in such a carnival atmosphere, the balcony is still able to maintain the architectural sense of the sobriety and tenderness, which gives us an unexpected inspiration.
