水膠體敷料聯合造口保護粉用于失禁性皮炎的臨床護理效果觀察

【摘要】 目的：探討水膠體敷料聯合造口保護粉用于失禁性皮炎的臨床護理效果。方法：選取2017年7月-2019年11月于本院就診的78例失禁性皮炎患者，按隨機數字表法分為對照組與觀察組，各39例。對照組給予常規失禁性皮膚護理，觀察組在對照組基礎上采用水膠體敷料聯合造口保護粉。比較兩組護理效果、疼痛緩解時間、皮損愈合時間、并發癥發生情況及護理滿意情況。結果：觀察組護理總有效率為92.31%高于對照組的74.36%（P<0.05）。觀察組疼痛緩解與皮損愈合時間均短于對照組（P<0.05）。觀察組并發癥發生率為5.13%低于對照組的23.07%（P<0.05）。觀察組護理總滿意率為97.44%高于對照組的79.49%（P<0.05）。結論：水膠體敷料聯合造口保護粉用于失禁性皮炎患者臨床護理中，能夠促進癥狀改善，加快皮損愈合、疼痛緩解，預防并發癥。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the clinical nursing effect of hydrocolloid dressing combined with stoma protective powder for incontinence dermatitis. Method： A total of 78 patients with incontinence dermatitis admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to November 2019 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method， 39 patients in each group. The control group was given routine incontinence skin care， and the observation group was given hydrocolloidal dressing combined with stoma protection powder on the basis of the control group. The nursing effect， pain relief time， skin wound healing time， complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Result： The total effective rate of nursing was 92.31% in the observation group was higher than 74.36% in the control group （P<0.05）. The pain relief and skin wound healing time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. The complication rate of the observation group was 5.13% lower than 23.07% of the control group （P<0.05）. The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.44% higher than 79.49% in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Hydrocolloid dressing combined with stoma protective powder is used in clinical nursing of patients with incontinence dermatitis， which can promote the improvement of symptoms， accelerate the healing of skin wound， relieve pain， and prevent complications.

失禁性皮炎是指皮膚長期暴露于尿液和糞便中所造成的炎癥，表現為皮膚水腫、紅斑，嚴重時可出現水皰并伴有糜爛，從而引發二次感染[1]。失禁性皮炎主要發生于會陰部、大腿內側、腹股溝等部位，傳統護理方式是及時清洗，保持皮膚清潔干燥，但皮膚具有反復潮濕浸漬特點，需反復擦洗，難以保持干燥，影響皮膚愈合[2-3]。水膠體敷料可在皮膚表面形成透明膜，保持皮膚清潔，造口保護粉則具有較強的吸濕作用，可保持皮膚干燥[4]。基于此，本研究探討了水膠體敷料聯合造口保護粉用于失禁性皮炎護理中的臨床效果，現報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料 選取2017年7月-2019年11月于本院就診的78例失禁性皮炎患者。納入標準：經臨床癥狀確診為失禁性皮炎，皮膚伴有水腫、紅斑;無溝通、交流障礙。排除標準：存在精神病史;皮膚敏感患者;其他皮膚病者;伴有腦部腫瘤患者。……
