荷蘭國家館亮相本屆智博會線上展館，智慧物流和智能體育是亮點，這也是中國和荷蘭的合作中非常重要的內容。自2018年舉辦首屆智博會以來，其規模越來越大、內容越來越豐富，有助于提高重慶的知名度。2020線上智博會是智能技術的最佳例證，運用智能技術來解決現實世界中遇到的問題。我認為這是最好的智能技術推廣，通過這種方式我們獲得了更多的瀏覽量和更多的受眾。

荷蘭與中國西南地區在高科技技術和智能科技產業領域的合作潛力巨大。今年對全世界來說都非常特殊，希望疫情很快結束，荷蘭駐重慶總領事館將繼續致力于推動重慶和荷蘭深化在智能技術方面，以及經貿、文化等各領域交流合作。

In the Netherlands National Pavilion of the Smart China Expo Online， smart logistics and intelligent sports are highlights， which are also critical contents in the cooperation between China and the Netherlands. Since the first Smart China Expo held in 2018， its ever increasing scale and contents help boosting the popularity of Chongqing. Having applied intelligent technology to solve problems encountered in the real world， the 2020 Smart China Expo Online is the best example of intelligent technology. I think it is the best promotion of intelligent technology， through which we've harvested more clicks and targeted audience.

The cooperation between Netherlands and southwest China in the field of high-tech and intelligent technology industries is brimming with huge potentials. As this year is quite special for the whole world， we all hope that the epidemic will end soon. The Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Chongqing will continue promoting exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing and the Netherlands in intelligent technology， economy， trade， culture and other fields.

發揮中新國際數據通道的優勢，助推中新數字貿易合作

重慶正大力實施以大數據智能化為引領的創新驅動發展戰略行動計劃，擁有雄厚的產業基礎、人力資源和數據沉淀。中新雙方互補性強，天然具備數字貿易的合作基礎。我認為，從以下三個方面發揮好中新國際數據通道的優勢，可以加速推進雙方數字貿易。

第一，開拓新的市場空間。中新國際數據通道是中國數字經濟企業“出?！钡闹匾濣c，今年的新冠肺炎疫情給全球經濟和產業格局造成了巨大的影響，但同時也為在線服務提供了新的機遇;第二，開發新的應用產品。這條通道有利于整合重慶和新加坡在各個行業各個層面的數據資源，從而為兩地企業聯合開發新的應用創造出更大的想象空間;第三，開展高效的跨國經營。中新互聯互通項目實施5年以來，在金融、航空、物流、信息通信技術等領域達成了一系列的合作項目，蘊含了巨大的商機。中新國際數據通道不僅是信息通信技術領域的重點合作項目，同時也可以為其他合作領域提供信息基礎設施及信息技術服務支撐，反過來推動中新互聯互通項目走深走實。

Give full play to the advantages of China-Singapore Dedicated Connectivity Channel to boost China-Singapore digital trade cooperation

Boasting rich industrial foundation， human resources and data accumulation， Chongqing is vigorously implementing the innovation-driven development strategy action plan led by big data intelligence. Highly complementary to each other， China and Singapore are naturally endowed with the cooperation foundation of digital trade. In my opinion， strengths of China-Singapore Dedicated Connectivity Channel shown in the following three aspects can accelerate the advancement of digital trade for both sides.

First， open up new market space. China-Singapore Dedicated Connectivity Channel is a crucial point for China's digital economy enterprises to go overseas. This year's COVID-19 epidemic has a huge impact on the global economy and industrial landscape， yet it also provides new opportunities for on-line services; second， develop new application products. This channel facilitates the integration of Chongqing and Singapore's data resources at all levels and of various industries， so as to create more imagination space for the joint development of new applications by enterprises of both sides; third， carry out efficient transnational operation. Since the implementation of the China-Singapore Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity for five years， a series of cooperation projects have been achieved in the fields of finance， aviation， logistics， information and communication technology etc.， with immense business opportunities. China-Singapore Dedicated Connectivity Channel is not only a key cooperation project in the field of information and communication technology， but also provides information infrastructure and information technology service support for other cooperation fields. On the other hand， it enhances China-Singapore Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity both in depth and in substance.

數秒鐘建立連接，讓新加坡和重慶合作更緊密

我非?？春弥貞c的未來發展，相信中新（重慶）國際互聯網數據專用通道將讓新加坡和重慶的合作更緊密。如果從新加坡乘飛機到重慶，途中大約需要五六個小時。但通過中新（重慶）國際互聯網數據專用通道，新加坡和重慶雙方僅需數秒鐘就能建立連接，展開會談。線上智博會之所以能以連線方式進行，也是依托于這個專用通道。

新加坡和重慶應該更加重視中新（重慶）國際互聯網數據專用通道，并提供相應的政策支持，以此確保雙方的更多企業能夠通過中新（重慶）國際互聯網數據專用通道獲益。

數字技術可以成為未來發展的關鍵動力。在新冠肺炎疫情期間，基于數字技術，人們可以通過在線會議等方式，繼續開展交流合作。這賦予了大家把危機轉化為商機的可能性，抓住機遇在當下尤為關鍵。

Connection Singapore and Chongqing in seconds tightens cooperation

I'm very optimistic about the future development of Chongqing. I believe that China-Singapore （Chongqing） International Dedicated Connectivity will tighten the cooperation between Singapore and Chongqing. Flying from Singapore to Chongqing takes about five or six hours en route; however， through China-Singapore （Chongqing） International Dedicated Connectivity， it only takes a few seconds for both sides to establish connections and go through talks. Indebted to this special channel， the 2020 Smart China Expo Online can be held via video conference.

Singapore and Chongqing， therefore， should pay more attention to China-Singapore （Chongqing） International Dedicated Connectivity， and provide corresponding policy support to ensure that more enterprises from both sides can benefit from China-Singapore （Chongqing） International Dedicated Connectivity.

Digital technology can be a key driver for future development. During COVID-19 outbreak， based on digital technology， people can continue to exchange and cooperate through online meetings. This gives us the possibility of turning crisis into business opportunities， while seizing opportunities is of pivotal importance at the moment.

SGTech has over 1000 members， including start-ups， small and medium-sized enterprises and large multinational corporations in Singapore and abroad. It is hoped that on the basis of mutual support， Singapore and Chongqing can link to wider regions of Southeast Asia and Mid-western China， so that more products， services and technologies can be circulated.

During the epidemic， the 2020 Smart China Expo Online was held in Chongqing， manifesting Chongqing's attitude towards opening up and communication. Chongqing is deeply promoting the industry digitization and digital industrialization， which is a promising ?direction. Singapore's talents， science and technology play a vital role in the country's development， and there will be ample space for cooperation between Singapore and Chongqing in the future.
