摘 要:摘要:近年來,柿果加工產業逐漸興起,為了充分了解柿果的綜合利用價值,從經濟性原則、可行性原則、協調性原則、可持續性原則、合作性原則五個方面對柿果加工綜合開發利用的原則性進行分析。通過分析發現柿果的市場占有率穩步增加,政府給予柿農經濟補貼和種植技術支持,企業帶動柿果產業快速發展,柿農與產學研建立創新發展合作機制,為柿果再加工的創新提供理論依據和實踐基礎,通過政府、企業與柿農建立雙向合作形成互利多贏的局面。

Study on Principle of Persimmon Fruit Processin amd Comprehensive Development and Utilization

Abstract:In recent years, persimmon fruit processing industry is gradually rising. In order to fully understand the comprehensive value of persimmon fruit, the principles of comprehensive development and utilization of persimmon fruit processing are analyzed from five aspects such as economic principle, feasibility principle, coordination principle, sustainability principle and cooperation principle. It is found that the market share of persimmon fruits has increased steadily. The government has given economic subsidies and planting technical support to persimmon growers. Enterprises have driven the rapid development of persimmon fruit industry. Persimmon farmers and industry-university-research institute have established innovative development cooperation mechanisms, providing theoretical and practical basis for innovation in persimmon fruit reprocessing. Through the establishment of two-way cooperation between the government, enterprises and persimmon growers, a win-win situation has been formed.

1 經濟性原則
1.1 柿農投入
柿果作為我國五大水果之一,不僅品種繁多,營養價值也十分豐富,而且分布廣泛,尤其在華東地區、華北地區和西北地區種植較多。柿果樹對土壤、溫度、濕度等沒有較高的要求,抗逆性強,所以柿農的經濟投入相對較少。從幼苗的選取、施肥、嫁接、修剪到果實的采收,每667 m?柿果樹的投入總體在1 000~1 500元(不含人工費)之間。在果實采收的過程中也不可避免的會出現爛果[1],爛果不僅影響柿果的銷售而且還會增加柿農的成本。
1.2 企業投入
企業作為提升我國經濟實力的強有力支柱,在提高自身綜合地位的基礎上必須進行產品的開發和創新[2],為了順利生產出成品,企業還應該提供完備的技術支持。近年來,新型智能化的機械設備已投入使用,這無疑中就減少了企業對人力的投入。……
