[摘要] 目的 研究探討情景模擬演練在急救技能教學中的應用效果。方法 該次研究以2018年1月—2019年1月實習學生40名作為研究對象,隨機分為對照組和觀察組,各20名,對照組給予傳統模式教學,觀察組給予情景模擬演練,分析情景模擬演練的價值,對比兩組的急救知識、技能、操作評分和教學滿意度情況。結果 觀察組急救知識、技能、操作評分優于對照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。同時,觀察組教學滿意度(95%)高于對照組(60%),差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 急救技能教學中對學生進行情景模擬演練,效果顯著,可以增強對急救知識的了解,提高急救技能,從而有利于促進考核成績的提高,同時還可以促進學生對教學工作的滿意度有效提高,值得在今后的教學中推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To study and explore the effect of scenario simulation exercises in first aid skills teaching. Methods In this study, 40 students who practiced from January 2018 to January 2019 were used as the research objects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each with 20 people. The control group was given traditional teaching mode, and the observation group was given scenario simulation exercises. Analyze the value of scenario simulation exercises and compare the first aid knowledge, skills, operation scores and teaching satisfaction of the two pairs of pairs. Results The first aid knowledge, skills, and operation scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At the same time, the teaching satisfaction of the observation group (95%) was higher than that of the control group (60%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The situational simulation exercises for students in the teaching of first aid skills have significant effects, which can enhance the understanding of first aid knowledge and improve first aid skills, which is beneficial to promote the improvement of assessment results, and can also promote students' satisfaction with teaching work effectively, which is worth promoting in future teaching.

現在,我國各大醫院普遍存在護士應急能力低下,而如何采取科學有效的方法,以提高護士的應急能力,是我們所面臨的難點和重點。護士應急能力是指護士在臨床護理工作中,敏銳地觀察患者的病情變化,并進行分析、判斷。用熟練的技能技巧,沉著果斷地配合搶救和護理,其水平的高低直接影響到危重患者的搶救成功率。提高護士的應急能力,處理應急事故的能力,能夠增強患者對護士的信任,增強患者的安全感,從而減少醫鬧事故的發生。急診科是臨床上比較重要的一個科室,對于搶救急危重癥患者,確保其生命安全是極為重要的。很多學生剛剛畢業進入工作崗位的時候,都會不知所措,加上急診科搶救器械較多,患者病情危重,增加了學生的恐懼緊張感。情景模擬演練主要是模擬角色,環境,或者是事件發生過程,可以讓其親身感受到,從而充分理解事物之間的關系,把理論和實踐相結合,使得情景更加直觀,真實,生動[1]。……
