M50創意園：被畫筆喚醒的粗紡廠

坐落于普陀和靜安兩區交界處，M50創意園雖位于市中心，卻遠離城市的喧囂，可謂“取鬧市之中，居桃園之所”。其獨特的藝術氛圍不斷吸引著熱愛文藝的年輕人前來觀展、小憩。

百年工廠 時尚新生

M50，位于莫干山路50號，這里最初是徽商周氏家族企業的信和紗廠，也是上海第十二毛紡織廠、上海春明粗紡廠的前身，后來陸續更名為“上海春明都市型工業園區”、“春明藝術產業園”。

這個老上海工業遺址，見證了民族工業的興衰，堪稱是一部“活著的民族工業建筑史”。自上世紀30年代起，M50的建筑群保留了自民國時期以來的ArtDeco風格建筑以及解放初期蘇聯風格建筑。其中，不少建筑前后跨越了80年的歷史變遷。

2001年，藝術家薛松發現了這片蘇州河畔的具有歷史遺跡感的文化空間，并在同年將個人工作室遷入其中，藝術開始在這里滋長。自此，越來越多的藝術家聚集到了這里。莫干山路50號逐漸變成了占地面積約41畝，建筑面積41606平方米，且最具藝術氛圍的M50創意園。

園區漫步 穿越時空

如今，M50已成為眾多文藝青年必打卡的拍攝圣地。從昌化路一頭的莫干山路一直走，可以看到沿路滿墻的涂鴉，墻上的涂鴉時常被新作品覆蓋，時不時還會看到有人手持噴瓶在那涂鴉。

沿著小路走到盡頭就是M50的入口了，這里引進了20個國家和地區的140余戶藝術家工作室、畫廊、高等藝術教育以及各類文化創意機構。目前擁有香格納、華府藝術、邁納邁圖文、吉品堂、上海大學99藝術中學、復旦大學美術學院、半度雨棚等優質客戶，令園區內彌漫著濃郁且愜意的藝術氛圍。

園區的改造基本按照“以舊修舊”的原則，保留著之前的工業風格，又融入當代藝術設計，讓你恍惚間有種穿越時空的錯覺。例如，園區內有幢十五六米高的建筑原是整個廠區的鍋爐房，曾為整個廠區供應熱水，現在是一家名叫“寬庭”的家居會館，建筑改造出自臺灣設計師陳瑞憲之手，他將原建筑拆下的紅磚搗成細碎，糅合涂料涂抹建筑外墻，呈現出新舊融合的時間感。

藝術畫廊 沉浸看展

歷史沉淀，機緣匯聚，原住藝術家的拼搏，奠定了M50當代藝術先鋒園區的身份定位。在此身份之下，M50以推動中國當代藝術發展為己任，逐步開創了中國創意藝術園區的先河，成為了中國第一批授牌的創意園區，也成為了上海乃至中國對外文化藝術交流的重要文化名片。

園區內每月都有免費對外開放的展覽，在這里你能看到正在拍照的游客，也能看到觀摩學習的相關從業者。整個園區樓上樓下都是布滿的狀態，每隔一段時間去都可以發現新的畫廊。M50的藝術畫廊們宛如一個個盲盒，等待著你去開啟。

腳步輕停 慢享時光

除了藝術畫廊，M50藝術園區內還設有家居裝飾館、時尚品牌店、小飾品攤位、咖啡廳等充滿格調的小店等你探索。

無論天氣如何，這里都是絕佳的拍照地點，斑駁的鐵門，還有做舊的墻面，充滿文藝復古的感覺。假如你細細追尋，依舊可以看到老工廠舊址的痕跡，感受時光的變遷。

尋一個悠閑的日子，約三兩老友，院里城市喧囂，在大都市林立的高樓中尋得這一片寧靜，踏入一個接一個由藝術締造的時空。

Located at the junction of Putuo and Jing’an districts， M50 Creative Park is located in the city center， but far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Its unique artistic atmosphere continues to attract young people who love art to come to the exhibition and take a break.

Century-old factory reborns as a fashionable landmark

M50 premises were formerly occupied by Shanghai Chunming Roving Factory. The efforts to transform it into an art creative park began in 2001. M50 Creative Park covers an area of about 41 mu， the park is home to many industrial buildings from the 1930s to the 1990s with a total floor area of about 41，606 square meters. It is now the best-preserved building complex along Suzhou Creek， witnessing the development of the national textile industry of China.

M50 Creative Park is a cluster of modern design enterprises， an art innovation platform， and an art community accommodating companies in the fields of visual art， creative design， brand extension， incubation of creative industries and so on. It is located at No.50 Moganshan Road， Putuo District， hence its name M50.

Walking around the park， transcending time and space

Today， M50 has become a must-have photo spot for many young people. From Moganshan Road at one end of Changhua Road， you can see graffiti all along the wall， which is often covered with new works， and sometimes you can see someone doing graffiti there.

At the end of the path is the entrance to M50. Since 2008， the park has been developed into a brand with “art， creativity and life” as its values. It is now home to a total of 64 galleries， 117 artists from 20 countries and regions， tertiary art education institutions and various cultural and creative companies. There are vibrant galleries such as ShanghART Gallery，Huafu Art Space， Poledesign Consultants， Chronus Art Center， Antenna Space， Cc Foundation & Art Center， Center for Contemporary Asian Art and Vanguard. A number of studios operated by well-known artists such as Ding Yi， Zhou Tiehai， Xue Song and Gu Wenda， as well as many famous design firms have also settled here， making the park filled with a rich and comfortable artistic atmosphere.

The park retains the previous industrial style and incorporates contemporary art design， giving you the illusion of passing through time and space in a trance.

Fascinating art galleries and exhibitions

M50 has become one of the first creative parks awarded in China and an important cultural name card for cultural and art exchanges in Shanghai.

There are free exhibitions open to the public every month in the park， where you can see tourists taking photos and visitors learning， and new galleries can be found every once in a while. M50’s art galleries are like blind boxes waiting to be opened.

Enjoying leisure time

In addition to art galleries， M50 also features home decor galleries， fashion brands， trinket stalls， cafes and other stylish shops.

No matter what the weather， it’s the perfect place to take pictures， with its mottled iron gates and worn walls， full of artistic retro feeling. If you look closely， you can still see the traces of the old factory site， and feel the change of time.
