尚街Loft時尚生活園位于嘉善路508號,地理位置可謂鬧中取靜。離這里不遠,就有田子坊、思南公館、武康路歷史文化街、宋慶齡故居等來上海必到的打卡地。
與M50等園區相同,尚街loft的前身也是老紡織廠房——三槍老式工業廠房。2007年,園區進行了整體規劃布局,邀請意大利名設計師菲利普·戈比尼對園區進行設計,園區空間和氛圍都得到了重塑,如今,這里是體現著國際、時尚、創意、生活氛圍的時尚文創園區。
人文氛圍 時尚生活
地處徐匯人文核心地段,尚街Loft所在地有著獨特的上海人文氣息,周邊有多處歷史保護建筑。在這個充滿優雅、懷舊等多重調性的區域,彰顯著包容性,因此能夠融合新與舊,接納同與異。
尚街Loft對這一特殊地段的文化氣息進行了深度的挖掘,每年舉辦數十場與時尚生活相關的創意活動,如文創手作體驗、創意市集、生活沙龍講座等等,參觀接待超千人。
尤其是在舉辦集市方面,從 2009年至今,尚街Loft已經開展過上百場特色集市。2017年被國家工業和信息化部評定為國家級紡織服裝創意設計試點園區平臺;2020年獲得上海品牌特色園區稱號;2020-2021年度上海市級文化創意產業園區。

尚街Loft以“時尚生活方式”為導向,為入駐企業提供精準完善的配套服務。園區匯聚多重跨界融合業態,打造最前沿時尚地產的風尚地標。
現入駐業態主要分為時尚文創(傳媒文化)、時尚設計、時尚生活、時尚教育、時尚貿易、時尚餐飲六大類。集聚了較多知名服裝品牌企業和與其相配套的文創類設計公司、傳媒公司、模特公司和網絡公司,如百威、歐萊雅、WAGAS、萊絲杰、上下貿易、MOODBOX、WECOUTURE婚紗定制、潮褂、PimMala等知名企業。

STEP1 市集長廊(不定期舉辦):
園區內有10多家小店在里面擺攤,攤主拿出各種服飾配飾,原版手工藝品,小綠植物等產品來賣。
STEP2 園區內街:
PimMala是一個集植物、設計與藝術于一體的展示空間,留白的特色成為時尚達人們的拍照打卡熱地。是一家集鮮花、花藝和藝術空間為一體的概念店。開店至今已多次被網紅在小紅書上推送,獲上萬點贊。
曉春和:以家人之名,創建的國民咖啡品牌。把家的感覺,帶給全國各地的家人們。

STEP3 MOODBOX:
情緒盒子是創立她的設計師秦旭的諧音,即用情緒做設計,設計師將一段心情、一個故事賦予其設計作品一個靈魂,從設計到工藝,從顏色到版型,從細節到搭配,無不將“情緒”展露得徹底。

Located in No. 508 Jiashan Road, Shangjie Loft is a quiet place in the bustling city. Not far from here, there are Tianzifang, Sinan Residence, Wukang Road (cultural and historical road), Former Residence of Song Qingling and other mustvisit places in Shanghai.
Similar to M50 and other parks, Shangjie Loft was formerly an old textile factory—Threegun old industrial factory. In 2007, the overall layout of the park was planned, and Italian designer was invited to design the park. The space of the park has been reshaped, and now it is a fashion cultural and creative park that reflects the international, fashion, creativity and life atmosphere.
Humanistic atmosphere, fashionable life
Located in the center area of Xuhui, Shangjie Loft has unique cultural atmosphere, and there are many historic buildings around. In this area full of elegance, nostalgia, Shangjie Loft shows inclusiveness, thus being able to integrate the old and the new, and accept the common and the different.
Shangjie Loft has deeply explored the cultural atmosphere of the area. Every year, it holds dozens of creative activities related to fashion and life, such as cultural and creative hand work experience, creative market, life salon lectures and so on, receiving more than 1,000 visitors.
Especially in the aspect of holding fairs, Shangjie Loft has carried out hundreds of characteristic fairs since 2009. In 2017, it was rated as the national pilot park platform of textile and garment creative design by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; it was awarded the title of 2020 Shanghai Brand Characteristic Park and 2020-2021 Shanghai Cultural and Creative Industry Park.
Integration of business styles, fashion landmark
Shangjie Loft takes “fashion lifestyle” as the guidance, and provides accurate and perfect supporting services for enterprises. The park gathers multiple crossover and integrated business types to create a fashion landmark of the cuttingedge real estate.
Currently, the business types are mainly divided into six categories: fashion culture and creation (media culture), fashion design, fashion life, fashion education, fashion trade and fashion catering. It gathers many well-known clothing brands and their supporting cultural and creative design companies, media companies, model companies and network companies, such as Budweiser, L’Oreal, Wagas, Lesijie, Shangxia Trading, MOODBOX, Wecouture, PimMala and other well-known companies.

Step1 Market (held irregularly):
There are more than 10 small shops in the market, the owners sell all kinds of clothing and accessories, original handicrafts, small green plants and other products.
Step2 Street in the park:
PimMala is displayed by floral, design and art in a blank space. The feature of blank space has become an internet-famous site for fashionistas to take pictures. It is a concept shop integrating flowers, floral art and art space. Since opening, it has been pushed by Internet celebrities on Xiaohongshu many times and has received tens of thousands of likes.
Xiaochunhe: A national coffee brand created in the name of his family. Bring the feeling of home to people across the country.

Step3 MOODBOX:
Qin Xu, the designer of the MOODBOX, gives a mood and a story to the soul of her design works. From design to technology, color to pattern, details to collocation, all the“emotions” are displayed thoroughly.
