上海國際時尚中心：濱江畔，享時尚生活

上海國際時尚中心，不僅讓人領略到百年建筑風貌遺留下的韻味，更體現著百年紡織文明嬗變后的新生。適逢楊浦濱江360米岸線美景全面開放，作為東外灘新起點的上海國際時尚中心，每天游人如織，爭相打卡。

楊樹浦路2866號，這里原為上海第十七棉紡織總廠，其前身為裕豐紡織株式會社裕豐紗廠，系1921年日商大阪東洋株式會社在上海開辦的早期紗廠。其鋸齒型廠房、辦公樓及附屬配套設施等建筑由日本著名建筑設計師平野勇造設計。

跨越了近一個世紀的優秀歷史保護建筑，烙下了特定歷史時期的重大事件，記錄了上海紡織乃至中國紡織業的發展和變遷，是歷史留下的不可多得的寶貴財富。

從百年老廠成功轉型后的上海國際時尚中心，如今已經成為集文化、旅游、商業三者合一的文化創意經濟綜合體。

目前已有 200 余家商業、設計師及十余家餐飲品牌入駐。憑借其極具紡織工業歷史風貌特色的八大景點，于2015年被評為國家AAAA級旅游景區。這里每年舉辦近百場時尚、文化、藝術類活動。2017年入選十大國家工業遺產旅游基地。2018年被市旅游局列為浦江游覽船的停靠驛站之一。2020年上海旅游節開幕式中，被評為楊浦濱江“最佳攝影點”和“最佳網紅打卡點”。獲上海楊浦生活秀帶、國家文物保護利用示范區提名。

Shanghai Fashion Center not only gives people a feeling of the century-old architectural style， but also reflects the development of the century-old textile civilization. When 360 meters of beautiful scenery of Yangpu riverside fully open， as the new starting point of the East Bund， Shanghai Fashion Center is a tourist magnet all year round.

No. 2866 Yangshupu Road was originally Shanghai 17th Cotton Textile Factory， its predecessor was a yarn factory opened by Japanese company in Shanghai in 1921. Its zigzag-shaped factory building， office building and ancillary facilities are designed by the famous Japanese architect Hirano.

The heritage architecture spanning nearly a century have marked the major events of specific historical periods and recorded the development and changes of Shanghai textile industry and even China’s textile industry， which are precious treasures left by history.

Shanghai Fashion Center， successfully transformed from a century-old factory， has now become a cultural and creative economic complex integrating culture， tourism and commerce.

At present， more than 200 commercial， designers and more than 10 catering brands have settled in Shanghai Fashion Center. With its eight scenic spots with historical features of the textile industry， it was rated as a national 4A-level tourist attraction in 2015. Nearly 100 fashion， culture and art activities are held here every year. It was selected as one of the top ten national industrial heritage tourism bases in 2017.

Shanghai Fashion Center was listed as one of the stops of Pujiang Cruise by Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture and Tourism in 2018. In the opening ceremony of the Shanghai Tourism Festival in 2020， it was rated as the “Best Photography Spot”and “Best Tourist Magnet” along Yangpu riverside. It was nominated by Shanghai Yangpu Life Show Belt and National Cultural Relics Protection and Utilization Demonstration Zone.
