9月14日，第28屆北京國際圖書博覽會（簡稱“圖博會”）在北京開幕。來自105個國家和地區約2200家展商參展，其中，“一帶一路”沿線國家和地區達57個，展出全球精品圖書達30萬種。本屆圖博會采取線下展會為主、網上平臺配套、線上線下結合的方式舉辦，成為全球疫情下首個恢復線上線下結合辦展的重要大型國際書展。
On September 14， the 28th Beijing International Book Fair （BIBF） opened in Beijing. Out of the 2，200 exhibitors from 105 countries and regions， the ones from 57 countries and regions along the Belt and Road presented 300，000 high-quality books. The offline exhibition was the main part of this year's BIBF， which was supported by an online platform. It was the first important large international book fair held online and offline after the breakout of COVID-19.
