旅居生態鄉村 樂享自然風光

我國“十四五”規劃綱要提出，要深入發展大眾旅游、智慧旅游，創新鄉村旅游、研學旅游、專項旅游等產品體系，增加有效供給、優質供給、彈性供給。

山環水抱，青瓦白墻，門庭花香……近年來，走進重慶鄉村，一幅幅美麗的田園風情畫卷徐徐展開。各區縣把發展文化旅游與鄉村振興有機結合，加強旅游與農業、教育、文化、康養等產業深度融合，推動鄉村旅游提檔升級，支持貧困戶開辦農家樂，爭創精品民宿。

重慶市文化和旅游發展委員會黨委書記、主任劉旗，在談及2021年重慶文旅事業的發展路徑時提出，圍繞山清水秀美麗之地建設新重慶，要打好“鄉村牌”，把發展文化旅游與鄉村振興結合，創建國際鄉村旅游示范區，打造一批鄉村旅游民宿，打造一批鄉村旅游A級景區和鄉村旅游重點村，實施鄉村休閑旅游“后備箱”工程，做精鄉村旅游商品。

去年，重慶20個鄉村入圍國家文化和旅游部公布的第二批全國鄉村旅游重點村名單，包括武隆區芙蓉街道堰塘村、銅梁區土橋鎮六贏村、南岸區南山街道放牛村、巫山縣曲尺鄉柑園村等。

武隆區芙蓉街道堰塘村，距武隆城區和仙女山景區僅十余公里。掩映在綠蔭下的山村庭院煥然一新，墻體壁畫充滿童趣，茶壺、石磨、碾子等景觀小品點綴其間，一派怡然好風光;銅梁區土橋鎮六贏村依靠萬畝蓮藕種植，建起荷和原鄉景區，大力發展鄉村旅游，是一個“山上月月嘗鮮果，山下十里賞荷花，都市農村品田園”的美麗鄉村;梁平區竹山鎮獵神村坐落在海拔700～1000米的百里竹海腹地，擁有成片竹林35萬畝，素有“竹類博物館”“中國壽竹之鄉”的美譽。

今年4月13日，市文化旅游委新公布了一批3A景區，其中就有梁平川西漁村、忠縣灌湖水鄉景區、云陽三峽農耕園等村落。

梁平川西漁村休閑漁業園區包括漁閱科普展示區、漁火文化體驗區、漁趣旅游拓展區、漁家度假休閑區，是一個將農文旅多元化融合，集漁產業、漁文化展示及技術培訓、休閑觀光、餐飲住宿等功能于一體的綜合休閑、生態旅游觀光型景區。

灌湖水鄉景區位于忠縣馬灌鎮倒灌社區、雙石村、金寶村交界處。如今，景區已建成環湖彩色休閑步道，并完成核心油菜花觀賞區灌湖花海的整體規劃打造，充滿時代印記的七零老街、七零公社，以及彩虹步道、游船觀光、環湖騎行、野趣親子樂園、浪漫水車等特色游覽區域，能滿足游客的豐富需求。

三峽農耕園位于云陽泥溪鎮石缸村，由鄉村大世界、童年記憶、山泉泳池、瓜果長廊、農家菜園、稻田戲魚、柳岸涼亭、農諺集萃、作坊印象、農耕博物館等十大主題園區組成。游客在這里不僅可以享受田園生活，還可以親身體驗扶犁開耕。

依托鄉村獨特農業文化資源和文化特色，各區縣還通過豐富多樣的鄉村文旅節活動，以節促游。南川區的“十二金釵”大觀園鄉村旅游文化節，墊江縣的中國（重慶）墊江鄉愁文化季，梁平區的長江三峽（梁平）耕春節，潼南區的生態小龍蝦節等。還有重慶大足區首條鄉村旅游線，邀游客到“石刻之鄉”收獲農耕樂趣，體驗鄉村田園生活。

山間百花競放，絢爛多姿;河水蜿蜒流淌，清澈明凈;白鴨浮綠水，魚兒躍清波……離開忙碌喧囂的城市，不妨“下鄉”聞花香賞美景，品美食采蔬果，體驗鄉村慢生活。

Chinas "14th Five-Year Plan" outlines the need to develop mass tourism and smart tourism， innovate product systems such as rural tourism， research tourism， and special tourism， as well as increase effective， high-quality， and flexible supply.

Mountains and rivers， grey tiles and white walls， blossom fragrance permeates in the courtyard... In recent years， in the countryside of Chongqing， picturesque scrolls of pastoral scenes are slowly unfolding. All districts and counties organically integrate the development of cultural tourism with rural revitalization， strengthen the in-depth integration of tourism and agriculture， education， culture， wellness and other industries， promote the upgrading of rural tourism， support impoverished households to start agritainment business and strive to create boutique homestays.

Upon mentioning the development path of Chongqings cultural and tourism industry in 2021， Liu Qi， secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Chongqing Municipal Development Committee of Culture and Tourism， pointed out that to build a new Chongqing around “A Land of Natural Beauty and a City with Cultural Appeal， ” it is necessary to ensure rural development， combine cultural tourism with rural revitalization， create an international rural tourism demonstration zone， build a batch of rural tourism homestays， set up a host of rural tourism A-level scenic areas and rural tourism key villages， implement rural leisure tourism "trunk" projects， and ameliorate rural tourism products .

Last year， 20 villages in Chongqing were shortlisted for the second batch of key national rural tourism villages announced by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism， including Yantang Village， Furong Street， Wulong District， Liuying Village， Tuqiao Town， Tongliang District， and Fangniu Village， Nanshan Street， Nan'an District， Ganyuan Village， Quchi Township， Wushan County， etc.

Yantang Village， Furong Street， Wulong District， lies only over 10 kilometers away from Wulong City and Fairy Mountain Scenic Area. The courtyard of the mountain village， shaded by greenery， has been renewed. Besides wall paintings， the yard is embellished by teapots， stone mills， rollers and other miniatures with cozy presence; having relied on 10，000 mu of lotus root planting to set up Hoe and Hara Township and vigorously developed rural tourism， Liuying Village， Tuqiao Town， Tongliang District is a beautiful village where "one can taste fresh fruits on the mountain around the year， enjoy the ten-mile lotus down the hill， and relish the countryside in urban outskirt"; located at the 100-mile bamboo see hinterland at an altitude of 700 to 1，000 meters， Lieshen Village， Zhushan Town， Liangping District boasts 350，000 acres of bamboo forest and is known as the "Bamboo Museum" and "China's Hometown of Shouzhu".

On April 13 this year， Chongqing Municipal Committee of Culture and Tourism announced a new batch of 3A scenic areas， including Liangping Chuanxi Fishing Village， Zhongxian Guanhu Water Village Scenic Area， Yunyang Three Gorges Farming Garden and other villages.

Encompassing a popular science display area for fishing and reading， a fishing fire cultural experience area， a fishing fun tourism development area， and a fishing resort and leisure area， Liangping Chuanxi Fishing Village Leisure Fishery Park is a comprehensive leisure and eco-tourism sight-seeing scenic area integrating fishery industry， fishery culture display and technical training， leisure sight-seeing， catering and accommodation via diverse fusion of agriculture， culture and tourism

Guanhu Water Village Scenic Area is situated at the junction among Daoguan Community， Maguan Town， Zhongxian County， Shuangshi Village and Jinbao Village. Today， the scenic area has built a colorful leisure trail around the lake， and completed the overall planning and construction of the Guanhu Flora Sea in the core rapeseed flower viewing area， featured destinations such as the 70s Street and the 70s Commune， as well as the rainbow trail， cruises， around-lake rides， wildness parent-child parks， romantic waterwheels， etc.， can meet the diverse needs of tourists.

Located in Shigang Village， Nixi Town， Yunyang， Three Gorges Farming Garden is composed of ten themed areas such as rural big world， childhood memories， mountain spring swimming pool， melon and fruit promenade， farmhouse vegetable garden， paddy fish field， willow bank pavilion， agricultural proverb collection， workshop impression and farming museum. Tourists can not only enjoy the idyllic life， but also experience hand plowing.

Relying on the distinctive agricultural and cultural resources and cultural characteristics of the countryside， various districts and counties also promote tourism through a variety of rural cultural tourism festivals. Events include the "Twelve Golden Hairpins" Grand Garden Rural Tourism Cultural Festival in Nanchuan District， China （Chongqing） Dianjiang Nostalgic Cultural Season in Dianjiang County， the Spring Ploughing Festival of the Yangtze River Three Gorges （Liangping） in Liangping District， the Eco-Crayfish Festival in Tongnan District. And also the first rural tourism route in Dazu District， Chongqing， invites tourists to the "Hometown of Stone Carvings" to harvest farming fun and experience idyllic life in the countryside.

Blossoming flowers blanket the mountains with vying hues; the meandering rivers offer clear and sweet water sources; the white ducks and fish are splashing on the limpid waves...Leaving the hectic and noisy city， you might as well go to the countryside to sniff a flower， enjoy the beautiful scenery and delicious food， pick up fruits and vegetables and experience the slow life in the country.
