基于依存句法分析與五防操作規(guī)范的變電運(yùn)行操作知識圖譜構(gòu)建

摘?要：為了保證電力系統(tǒng)的安全可靠運(yùn)行，電氣設(shè)備需要嚴(yán)格按照安全操作規(guī)程，并在出現(xiàn)故障之后能夠及時(shí)有效地做出應(yīng)對措施，然而在集控站負(fù)責(zé)運(yùn)行調(diào)度的條件下，面對海量的電網(wǎng)調(diào)控需求，則需要變電站運(yùn)行人員及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地做出應(yīng)對措施。為了滿足以上需求，本文對變電站調(diào)度運(yùn)行規(guī)范進(jìn)行分析和知識抽取，利用五防規(guī)則對其進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)調(diào)整，并基于Protégé形成變電站調(diào)度運(yùn)行規(guī)范知識圖譜，為運(yùn)行人員提供直觀、智能的信息展示與解決方案指導(dǎo)，通過實(shí)例證明了本方法的有效性。

Abstract：In?order?to?ensure?the?safe?and?reliable?operation?of?the?power?system，electrical?equipment?needs?to?strictly?follow?the?safe?operating?procedures?and?be?able?to?respond?promptly?and?effectively?after?failures.However，under?the?condition?that?the?centralized?control?station?is?responsible?for?the?operation?and?scheduling，it?faces?a?large?number?of?Power?grid?regulation?needs?require?substation?operators?to?make?timely?and?accurate?response?measures.In?order?to?meet?the?above?requirements，this?article?analyzes?and?extracts?knowledge?of?substation?dispatching?operation?specifications，uses?the?five?prevention?rules?to?guide?and?adjusts?them，and?forms?a?knowledge?map?of?substation?dispatching?operation?specifications?based?on?Protégé，providing?operators?with?intuitive?and?intelligent?information?display?and?solutions?The?program?guidance?has?proved?the?effectiveness?of?this?method?through?examples.
