市政協(xié)副主席張玲出席在渝港澳人士中秋聯(lián)誼會

9月16日，由市政府港澳辦主辦的在渝港澳人士中秋聯(lián)誼會在外事大樓舉行。市政協(xié)副主席張玲出席并致辭，會議由市政府港澳辦副主任張婭茜主持。

張玲說，2021年是全面建設(shè)社會主義現(xiàn)代化國家的起步之年，重慶正在加快建設(shè)內(nèi)陸開放高地和山清水秀美麗之地，在新時代推進西部大開發(fā)形成新格局和成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟圈建設(shè)背景下，重慶迎來重大機遇，對外交往合作領(lǐng)域也越來越廣。希望三地繼續(xù)深度參與成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟圈與粵港澳大灣區(qū)發(fā)展建設(shè)，積極融入國家發(fā)展大局，主動參與“一國兩制”實踐，促進交流、深化合作。

張婭茜表示，2021年市政府港澳辦聯(lián)合多家市級部門和開放平臺，深入推進三地企業(yè)、人才密切交流和務(wù)實合作，渝港澳三地同胞在經(jīng)濟社會文化等領(lǐng)域的深度交流中，友誼更深、情誼更濃。我們期待與港澳地區(qū)的朋友們攜手共進，深化交流，拓展合作，再創(chuàng)佳績。

On September 16， the Mid-autumn Festival Gala for Hong Kong and Macao Compatriots in Chongqing， hosted by Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， was held in Chongqing Foreign Affairs Building. Zhang Ling， vice chairwoman of the Chongqing People's Political Consultative Conference， attended the event and delivered a speech. Zhang Yaxi， deputy director general of the Hong Kong and Macao Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government presided over the meeting.

According to Zhang Ling， the year 2021 marks the start of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way. Chongqing is accelerating the building of an inland opening-up high ground and a land of natural beauty. Under the background of promoting the western development in a new era to form a new pattern and the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle， Chongqing has ushered in major opportunities and thus the foreign exchanges and cooperation field is becoming increasingly wider. It is hoped that three places will continue deeply participating in the development and construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area， vigorously integrating into the overall situation of national development， actively taking part in the practice of "one country， two systems"， promoting exchanges and deepening cooperation.

Zhang Yaxi said that in 2021， the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， together with a number of municipal departments and open platforms， will further promote close exchanges and practical cooperation among enterprises and talent in the three places. The compatriots in Chongqing， Hong Kong and Macao will have thicker friendship amid the in-depth exchanges in economic， social and cultural fields. 王雯表示，當前，重慶發(fā)展正面臨多重機遇疊加，新一輪西部大開發(fā)方興未艾，成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟圈建設(shè)開局起步，中西部國際交往中心未來可期。西部陸海新通道、中歐班列（成渝）、西部科學城等重大開放項目建設(shè)如火如荼，智博會、西洽會國際影響力與日俱增。市政府外辦愿與各國駐渝領(lǐng)事機構(gòu)加強聯(lián)系與合作，實現(xiàn)互促共進、互利共贏。

史云森說，中秋是豐收的季節(jié)，在過去一年里，英國與重慶在文化、經(jīng)貿(mào)、體育、教育等各領(lǐng)域開展了多項合作，相信接下來還會有更多合作。同時，也期待未來與重慶有更多領(lǐng)域的合作。

On September 17， jointly sponsored by the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government and Yuzhong District Government， 2021 Mid-autumn Festival Gala with Foreign Consulates General in Chongqing， was held in Huguang Guild Hall. With the theme of "Uniting under the moon and gathering in Yuzhong"， various consular officials in Chongqing discussed development. Wang Wen， deputy director general of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， Zhao Shiqing， secretary of CPC Yuzhong District， and Stephen Ellison， the British Consul General in Chongqing， attended the event and delivered speeches. Tang Wen， Level-I inspector of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， presided over the meeting.

Wang Wen said that at present， Chongqing's development is facing multiple opportunities， a new round of western development is booming， the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle has kicked off， and an international exchange center in Central and Western China embraces a promising future. The construction of major opening-up projects such as the new western land-sea corridor， the China-Europe Railway Express （Chengdu-Chongqing） and the Western Science City is in full swing， and the international influence of the Smart China Expo and the Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade is ramping up day by day. Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government is willing to strengthen contact and cooperation with consular agencies of various countries in Chongqing to achieve mutual promotion， mutual benefit and win-win results.

Stephen Ellison said that the Mid-autumn Festival is a harvest season. In the past year， Britain and Chongqing have carried out a host of cooperation in culture， economy and trade， sports， education and other fields and he believes that more programs will unfold in the future. Meanwhile， he also looks forward to cooperating with Chongqing in more fields in the future.

重慶代表線上出席2021亞太城市峰會暨市長論壇特別會議

應(yīng)澳大利亞布里斯班市長亞德里安·施林納邀請，9月8日，市政府外辦一級巡視員唐文作為重慶代表線上出席2021亞太城市峰會暨市長論壇特別會議。

亞太城市峰會由布里斯班于1996年發(fā)起，旨在提升亞太地區(qū)及其他重要城市的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。受新冠肺炎疫情影響，2021亞太城市峰會暨市長論壇特別會議采用線上線下結(jié)合的形式，主題為“機遇與挑戰(zhàn)：重新定義城市”。截至9月8日，來自澳大利亞的28個城市和世界其他國家的40個城市的代表參加了此次峰會。

2005年第五屆亞太城市峰會在重慶舉行，會議期間，重慶與布里斯班簽訂了《中華人民共和國重慶市和澳大利亞布里斯班市建立友好城市關(guān)系協(xié)議書》。兩市自結(jié)為友好城市以來，在經(jīng)貿(mào)、教育、科技創(chuàng)新、文化旅游等方面開展了卓有成效的交流與合作。重慶將秉持開放包容、合作共贏的理念，深化與布里斯班市的務(wù)實合作，共同參與國際交流與合作，共建共創(chuàng)共享健康城市、活力城市、互聯(lián)城市、智慧城市。

Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government attends

the 2021 Asia Pacific Cities Summit and Mayors' Forum Special Edition

At the invitation of Adrian Schrinner， mayor of Brisbane， Australia， Tang Wen， level-I inspector of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， attended the 2021 Asia Pacific Cities Summit and Mayors' Forum （APCS） Special Edition online as a representative of Chongqing on September 8.

Initiated by Brisbane in 1996， APCS aims to boost economic development of Asia Pacific region and other major cities. Affected by COVID-19 pandemic， themed "Redefining Cities through Opportunities and Challenges"， the 2021 APCS Special Edition adopted online and offline forms. As of September 8， representatives from 28 cities in Australia and 40 cities in other countries have attended the Summit.

In 2005， the 5th Asia Pacific Cities Summit was held in Chongqing. During the meeting， Chongqing and Brisbane signed the agreement on Brisbane-Chongqing sister City Agreement. Since becoming sister cities， the two cities have unfolded fruitful exchanges and cooperation in economy and trade， education， scientific and technological innovation， cultural tourism and so on. Chongqing will adhere to the concept of openness， inclusiveness and win-win cooperation， deepen practical cooperation with Brisbane， jointly participate in international exchanges and cooperation， and mutually build and create a healthy， dynamic， interconnected and smart city.

市政府外辦調(diào)研外企及區(qū)縣，開展“三送一訪”活動

9月7日，市政府外辦副主任張婭茜率相關(guān)處室赴怡和（中國）有限公司和香港置地重慶公司開展“三送一訪”活動，切實將黨史學習教育成果轉(zhuǎn)化為外事服務(wù)外企、服務(wù)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的工作動力。

調(diào)研期間，張婭茜分別聽取了怡和（中國）有限公司、香港置地重慶公司情況介紹。在座談會上，她表示，當前國家大力推動成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟圈建設(shè)，重慶正在推動高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，創(chuàng)造高品質(zhì)生活，希望怡和集團和香港置業(yè)繼續(xù)深耕重慶，把握成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟圈建設(shè)帶來的重要戰(zhàn)略機遇，深化在渝業(yè)務(wù)布局，不斷拓展新的合作空間。市政府外辦將為企業(yè)在渝發(fā)展提供優(yōu)質(zhì)高效服務(wù)，營造良好環(huán)境。

9月17日，為提升外事服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展能力，市政府外辦黨組成員、副主任周毅率隊赴璧山區(qū)開展“三送一訪”，并調(diào)研當?shù)赝馐掳l(fā)展情況。

周毅先后走訪了重慶群策御湖置地有限公司等外資企業(yè)聽取情況，并調(diào)研璧山區(qū)規(guī)劃展覽館等外事參訪點，了解外事資源情況，與璧山區(qū)政府及轄區(qū)內(nèi)部分外資企業(yè)、協(xié)會舉行座談。

周毅表示，璧山區(qū)位優(yōu)勢明顯，市政府外辦與璧山區(qū)政府要積極發(fā)揮各自優(yōu)勢，聚集轉(zhuǎn)化外事優(yōu)勢資源，努力提升外事工作服務(wù)城市經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展能力。市政府外辦將積極支持重慶東盟合作中心建設(shè)，利用外事資源助力璧山開放發(fā)展，助推璧山區(qū)打造主城都市區(qū)“迎客廳”。

On September 7， Zhang Yaxi， deputy director general of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， led relevant divisions to Jardine Matheson （China） Ltd and Hongkong Land （Chongqing） Investment and Development Co.， Ltd to carry out the "communicating policy， delivering tools， rendering consulting services， and visiting enterprises" campaign， so as to effectively transform the achievements of Party history learning and education into the work impetus of foreign affairs to serve foreign-funded enterprises and economic and social development.

During the survey， Zhang Yaxi listened to the briefings of Jardine Matheson （China） Ltd and Hongkong Land （Chongqing） Investment and Development Co.， Ltd respectively. During the meeting， she said that at present， the state vigorously promotes the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle. Chongqing is propelling high-quality development and creating high-quality life. She hoped that Jardine Matheson and Hongkong Land would continue exploring Chongqing mark， grasping key strategic opportunities brought by the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle， deepening the business layout in Chongqing and constantly expanding new cooperation space. On September 17， in order to improve the capability of foreign affairs in serving local economic development， Zhou Yi， member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director general of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， led a team to Bishan District to roll out the "communicating policy， delivering tools， rendering consulting services， and visiting enterprises" campaign and survey on local foreign affairs development.

Zhou Yi successively visited foreign-funded enterprises such as Chongqing Qunce Yuhu Land Co.， Ltd to learn about the facts and figures and investigated foreign affairs visiting points such as Bishan Planning and Exhibition Hall to understand foreign affairs resources. The team held a meeting with Bishan District Government and some foreign-funded enterprises and associations within its jurisdiction.

Zhou Yi said that Bishan has prominent geographical advantages. Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government and Bishan District Government should actively give play to their respective advantages， gather and transform advantageous resources in foreign affairs， and strive to improve the capability of foreign affairs to serve urban economic and social development. Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government will actively support the construction of Chongqing-ASEAN Cooperation Center， use foreign affairs resources to help Bishan open up and develop， and propel Bishan to build a "reception hall" in Chongqing proper.

At the meeting， seven foreign-funded enterprises and associations including Chongqing Qunce Yuhu Land Co.， Ltd respectively introduced their business development and actual problems. The relevant divisions of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government respectively introduced relevant policies such as COVID-19 importation prevention， resumption of work and production， Chinese visa， and conducted in-depth discussions on further improving enterprise communication channels and holding major foreign affairs events in Bishan， so as to serve local economic and social development with foreign affairs work.

9月15日至16日，市政府外辦二級巡視員馬勇率隊，先后赴重慶肯德基有限公司、默沙東（中國）投資有限公司、戴德梁行房地產(chǎn)顧問（重慶）有限公司、星巴克咖啡有限公司、希界維（重慶）影城有限公司等在渝港資和外資企業(yè)，持續(xù)開展“我為群眾辦實事”之“三送一訪”主題調(diào)研活動，實地了解企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，以外事資源助力地方經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展。

走訪期間，馬勇分別聽取了上述在渝港資和外資企業(yè)情況，他表示此次走訪加深了對外資餐飲行業(yè)發(fā)展歷程的了解，市政府外辦支持外資企業(yè)新業(yè)態(tài)的開展，將竭力為企業(yè)整合資源、嫁接平臺等各個方面提供幫助，協(xié)助企業(yè)開創(chuàng)便民新模式、擴大企業(yè)發(fā)展空間，讓市民擁有更多的選擇。同時，馬勇說，近年來，重慶對外交往頻繁，外國人能及時了解重慶經(jīng)濟、文化、營商環(huán)境等方面發(fā)展情況和需求，外資企業(yè)（包括港資企業(yè)）在重慶擴大對外交往的進程中貢獻了力量，也迎來更多合作機遇。市政府外辦將充分發(fā)揮外事和港澳工作職能作用，持續(xù)做好對接和溝通服務(wù)，為企業(yè)提供信息、牽線搭橋，推動企業(yè)之間的合作，助力民間外交的發(fā)展。

From September 15 to 16， Ma Yong， level-II inspector of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， led a team to Chongqing KFC Co.， Ltd， MSD （China） Investment Co.， Ltd， Cushman & Wakefield Real Estate Consulting （Chongqing） Co.， Ltd， Starbucks Coffee Co.， Ltd， CGV （Chongqing） Cinema Co.， Ltd and other Hong Kong-funded and foreign-funded enterprises in Chongqing to continuously unfold the "communicating policy， delivering tools， rendering consulting services， and visiting enterprises" themed survey campaign of "bringing tangible benefits for the masses" to size up the development status of enterprises on site and help local economic and social development with foreign affairs resources.

During the visit， Ma Yong listened to the updates of the above-mentioned Hong Kong-funded and foreign-funded enterprises in Chongqing. He said that this visit has deepened his understanding of the development journey of foreign-funded catering industry. Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government would support the development of new business forms of foreign-funded enterprises， and try its best to provide help for enterprises in integrating resources， grafting platforms and other aspects， and assist enterprises in creating a new convenient model and expanding enterprise development space， and offer citizens more choices. Meanwhile， Ma Yong said that in recent years， Chongqing has enjoyed frequent foreign exchanges. Foreigners can timely learn about the development updates and needs of Chongqing's economy， culture and business environment. Foreign-funded enterprises （including Hong Kong-funded enterprises） have contributed to the city's expansion of foreign exchanges as well as ushered in more cooperation opportunities. 9月10日，市政府外辦黨組成員、機關(guān)黨委書記王廣成以“學講話悟思想，強認識抓落實，以習近平總書記‘七一重要講話精神引領(lǐng)機關(guān)黨建高質(zhì)量發(fā)展”為題，為全辦黨員干部帶來一場主題鮮明、內(nèi)容豐富的學習貫徹習近平總書記“七一”重要講話精神暨黨史學習教育專題黨課。

王廣成在黨課中分享了三點學習體會，一是要不斷深化黨史學習教育，進一步找準機關(guān)黨建的目標定位、主要職責等。二是要切實增強做好機關(guān)黨建工作的責任感和使命感，深刻闡釋加強機關(guān)黨建工作是堅持和加強黨的全面領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的必然要求、是鞏固和加強黨的執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ)的必然要求、是凝聚推動各項事業(yè)發(fā)展合力的必然要求。三是要用歷史映照現(xiàn)實、遠觀未來，著力進一步強化政治建設(shè)，推動市政府外辦機關(guān)黨建高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government conducts a Party lesson on studying and implementing the guidelines of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on July 1

On September 10， Wang Guangcheng， member of the Party Leadership Group and secretary of the government Party Committee of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government， assuming the topic of "Learning speech， understanding thoughts， strengthening understanding and ensuring implementation， leading the high-quality development of Party building with the guidelines of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on July 1"， brought a Party lesson on studying and implementing the guidelines of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on July 1 with distinct theme and enriched content to the all Party members and cadres.

Wang Guangcheng shared three learning experiences in the Party lesson. First， we should continue deepening the Party history learning and education and further identify the goal， orientation and main responsibilities of Party building. Second， we should earnestly enhance the sense of responsibility and mission of ensuring Party building， and deeply elucidate that strengthening Party building is an essential requirement for adhering to and fortifying the Party's overall leadership， consolidating and reinforcing the Party's governance base， and condensing and driving the synergy for the development of various undertakings. Third， we should use history to reflect reality and look into the future， strive to further strengthen political building and propel the high-quality development of Party building in our institution.
