Clinical effect analysis of early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for children at high risk of cerebral palsy

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on children at high risk of cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 50 children with high risk who were admitted to the Department of Pediatric Neurology in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the control group （n=26） and the rehabilitation group （n=24） according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation treatment in the hospital，including exercise therapy，neurotrophic drugs，common acupuncture，rehabilitation guidance，education， etc. On the basis of the control group，the rehabilitation group was treated with early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment，including language，movement，personal social interaction and cognitive ability of the four aspects of family therapy.The development quotients（DQ） of the two groups were evaluated by Gesell before and after intervention，and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The scores of fine motor，general motor，speech，response and response DQ in the rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those in the control group，with statistically significant differences（P<0.05）. Conclusion Compared with conventional rehabilitation， early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can significantly improve the intelligence level of children at high risk of cerebral palsy，promote the development of the nervous system，and reduce the incidence of sequelae of cerebral palsy in children.It has a significant curative effect and is worthy of extensive clinical promotion and application.

腦癱高危兒是指在胎兒期與新生兒期因早產、高危妊娠、窒息、感染等危險因素影響到大腦發育的嬰兒[1]。近年來隨著二胎政策的開放，圍產醫學技術的進步和新生兒救治水平的提升，臨床高齡產婦越來越多，危重新生兒存活率明顯升高，但圍產期并發癥，尤其是腦性癱瘓（腦癱）發病率同時呈現上升趨勢[2]。其中腦癱高危兒的發病率也在不斷攀升，嚴重影響我國的人口素質及居民生活質量[3-4]。既往研究表明，常規康復治療能促進腦癱患兒的運動能力、智力水平，但關于常規康復結合規范化家庭康復的綜合康復治療的臨床療效分析報道甚少[5-7]。本研究擬對腦癱患兒進行綜合康復治療，分析其對腦癱高危兒的精細運動、大運動、言語、應人、應人DQ中的改善效果，現報道如下。
