十分鐘搞定職業妝？SO EASY

得體的妝容，是待人接物的基本禮儀，也是每一位空姐的職業要求。經年累月，入職重慶航空12年的向妍妍，早已練就一手快速化妝的技術。

向妍妍喜歡化妝，她的梳妝臺上擺著50多盒眼影，40多支口紅。她把化妝稱為給自己“徒手整容”，就像把臉當成調色盤，利用化妝品在面部“調色”，讓整個面部看起來更加美。

空閑時間，向妍妍還會在網上分享自己的化妝技巧，在她看來，只要準備工作做得好，十分鐘搞定精致職業妝也不是難事。

In order to look more charming， she applies cosmetics， like "mixing colors" on her face， the "palette".

In her spare time， Xiang Yanyan also shares her makeup skills online. In her opinion， as long as the preparation work is well done， getting an exquisite professional makeup in ten minutes is not challenging.

STEP 1：準備STEP 1： Prepare

正所謂“臺上一分鐘，臺下十年功”，要想在十分鐘搞定妝容，掌握上妝技巧、日常皮膚保養以及妝前準備必不可少。

要想快速化妝，除了熟能生巧，日常的皮膚保養也很重要，光滑細膩的皮膚可以省去很多遮瑕、修容的時間。同時，東挑西選、猶豫不決是快速化妝的“敵人”，提早準備好化妝品和化妝工具可以節省很多時間。

STEP 2：底妝STEP 2： Foundation

晨起洗漱時可以順帶完成底妝：直接在潔面后使用具有保濕功效的打底液，這樣可以省去做面部基礎保濕這個步驟。

底妝部分，不要考慮刻意遮蓋瑕疵，這不僅浪費時間，還會讓皮膚問題顯得更加突出，顯得事倍功半。

快速遮蓋黑眼圈，只需要兩步，先用遮瑕液簡單遮住黑眼圈，再用亮黃色遮瑕液在淚溝處快速點一下，提亮淚溝。痘印、斑點可以直接涂抹比粉底顏色略深的遮瑕液遮蓋。

遮瑕完成后可根據皮膚狀態，用蜜粉或散粉來定妝。一定要選擇一款趁手的粉撲，正所謂磨刀不誤砍柴工。

在已有眉形的基礎上，畫眉時只需稍稍勾勒眉尾，再填補眉毛中有空隙的地方即可大功告成。動作快的話，1分鐘就能搞定。

畫眉前，提前準備好比自己發色稍淺的眉筆或眉粉。相較眉筆，使用眉粉更容易呈現毛茸茸的感覺。眉形要和臉型搭配，也要配合工作環境。偏粗或上挑的眉毛，會讓人顯得更嚴肅。平和有毛流感的眉毛，看起來會更有親和力。

Develop the habit of plucking eyebrows in daily life so as to avoid wasting time on modifying eyebrow shape.

While drawing eyebrows， you only need to outline the end of your eyebrows and fill the gap in them. It might only takes as little as one minute.

Before drawing eyebrows， get eyebrow pencil or eyebrow powders which are slightly lighter than you hair color prepared in advance. Compared with eyebrow pencil， eyebrow powder is easier to make your eyebrows seem fluffy. The eyebrow shape should be matched with the face shape and suitable for working environment. Thick or raised eyebrows will make people look more serious. Individuals wearing fluffy eyebrows look more approachable.

STEP 5：眼妝STEP 5： Eye Makeup

眼妝相對耗時長些，也更需要平時多加練習保證手速。

快速上妝時，顏色越簡單越好，先用肉粉色眼影快速修飾臥蠶。下眼瞼部分，用眼影代替眼線筆會更省事，并且只需要用深棕色眼影勒下眼瞼的后三分之一段，同時，眼線也只需要勾勒后半段。

不要刻意在眼線收尾處拉出過長、過翹的弧線，也不要嘗試全包眼線，這往往會費力且不討好。

最后要重點關注眼睫毛。最簡單的方式是用睫毛夾，在睫毛上分段夾出弧度后，再用“Z”字形的手法刷上睫毛膏。

如果不考慮時間，可以用魚尾式單簇假睫毛貼在眼尾處，這樣雖然麻煩，但勝在更加自然。

Eye makeup is more time consuming and requires more practice to ensure speed.

When applying makeup quickly， the simpler the color， the better it is. First， put on the color of rosy pink first to decorate the jelly rolls. For the lower eyelid， eye shadow is more time-saving and user friendly than eyeliner. You only need to use dark brown eye shadow to sketch the outline of the back third of the lower eyelid， and use the eyeliner to outline the back half.

Dont deliberately pull eyeliner too long or draw a overwarped arc at the end and dont try an enclosed eyeliner， which is often laborious and thankless.

Finally， focus on eyelashes. The simplest way is to use eyelash curlers to clip out radians on eyelashes section by section， and then brush mascara in a zigzag way.

If time is sufficient， you can use fishtail-typed single cluster false eyelashes to stick at the end of your eyes. Troublesome it is ， it delivers a more natural effect.

STEP 6：腮紅STEP 6： Blush

打腮紅的時候，以鼻側位置為起點，用粉刷向斜上方向快速掃過，只要涂抹范圍不超過鼻頭，就不容易出錯。

腮紅的顏色，要根據膚色與整體妝效綜合考慮。比如，粉粉的啞光腮紅會讓人更有少女感。橘色系、珊瑚色系或粉色系的腮紅，這幾款顏色極受歡迎，也會顯得膚色比較自然。
