應用針對性護理在甲狀腺功能亢進伴糖尿病患者護理中的作用

【摘要】目的：探究針對性護理在甲狀腺功能亢進伴糖尿病患者護理中的作用。方法：選擇本院2017年6月至2021年3月收治的200例甲狀腺功能亢進伴糖尿病患者為研究對象，將其隨機分為兩組進行護理。對照組進行常規護理，觀察組進行針對性護理，觀察兩組患者的臨床數據。結果：觀察組的臨床療效、滿意度及生活質量評分均高于對照組（P<0.05），且空腹血糖水平、住院時間及并發癥發生率均少于對照組（P<0.05）。結論：對甲狀腺功能亢進伴糖尿病患者進行針對性護理的療效顯著，可有效降低患者的血糖水平。

【Abastract】Objective：To explore the role of targeted nursing in the nursing of patients with hyperthyroid- ism and diabetes mellitus.Methods：200 cases of hyperthyroidism patients with diabetes treated in our hospital from June 2017 to March 2021 were selected for grouped nursing，routine nursing in the control group，targeted nursing in the experimental group，and clinical data of the two groups of patients were observed.Results：The clinical e?cacy and quality of life score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group （P<0.05），and the fasting blood glucose level was lower than that of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclu- sions：The e?ect of targeted nursing on hyperthyroidism patients with diabetes is significant，which can e?ectively reduce the blood glucose level of patients.

甲狀腺功能亢進的發病原因多是因患者自身的甲狀腺合成釋放過多的甲狀腺激素所導致，是目前臨床上較為常見的一種病癥[1]。這種疾病會影響患者的身體健康，患者的癥狀表現為多汗、心悸、視力減退、交感神經興奮等，嚴重影響了患者的日常生活及身體健康，發病后，如果得不到及時的治療，患者會出現一系列的不良反應[2]，糖尿病便是常見的不良反應之一[3]，而甲狀腺功能亢進合并糖尿病會對患者的身體機能帶來嚴重的損傷，影響患者的治療效果以及預后[4]。因此，為了改善患者的癥狀，提升治療效果，在治療期間，應當配合高效的護理干預。對此，本次研究將討論對200例甲狀腺功能亢進伴糖尿病患者應用針對性護理的效果，現報告如下。
