演講嘉賓：楊鎮源

深圳大學建筑與城市規劃學院講師楊鎮源基于“產城一體”的研究，探討了在深圳的建設用地緊缺的條件下，如何利用城市設計作為整體的指引和統籌，挖掘產業用地更多元和靈活的發展方式，使城市價值和街區化空間得以實現。進而探討了產業用地升級成為城市中心、城市客廳、未來街區等融合空間的趨勢和可能性。

Yang Zhenyuan,a lecturer at the School of Architecture and Urban Planning,Shenzhen University,discusses how to utilize urban design as the overall guidance and coordination under the condition of shortage of construction land in Shenzhen which is based on the research on industrycity integration,so as to explore a more flexible development mode of industrial land and realize the urban value and block space.Furthermore,it discussed the trend and possibility of upgrading industrial land into an urban center,urban living room and future block.
