【摘要】目的:探究?jī)嚎谱o(hù)理應(yīng)用人性化護(hù)理對(duì)護(hù)理滿意度、依從率及護(hù)理服務(wù)質(zhì)量的影響。方法:按照數(shù)字隨機(jī)法將從我院兒科選取94例患兒作為護(hù)理研究對(duì)象,分為試驗(yàn)組(47例)與對(duì)照組(47例),對(duì)照組實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理,試驗(yàn)組實(shí)施人性化護(hù)理,對(duì)比兩組護(hù)理服務(wù)質(zhì)量、患兒依從率及護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果:試驗(yàn)組病房管理評(píng)分和基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理評(píng)分明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);試驗(yàn)組患兒依從率(91.49%)明顯高于對(duì)照組(72.34%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);試驗(yàn)組護(hù)理滿意度(95.74%)顯著高于對(duì)照組(74.47%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:兒科護(hù)理中應(yīng)用人性化護(hù)理,可提高護(hù)理服務(wù)質(zhì)量與患兒依從性,減少護(hù)患糾紛,促進(jìn)滿意度提升。

Analysis of the influence of humanized nursing on improving the compliance rate and satisfaction of pediatrics

【Abstract】Objective:To explore the impact of pediatric nursing application of humanized nursing on nursing satisfaction,compliance rate and nursing service quality.Methods:According to the numerical randomization method,94 children from the department of pediatrics of our hospital were selected as the nursing research objects,they were divided into the experimental group(47 cases)and the control group(47 cases).The nursing service quality,patient compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results: The scores of ward management and basic nursing in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);The compliance rate of children in the experimental group(91.49%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.34%)(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group (95.74%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.47%)(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of humanized nursing in pediatric nursing can improve the quality of nursing service and patient compliance,reduce nurse-patient disputes, and promote the improvement of satisfaction.

與其他科室相比,兒科護(hù)理工作存在較大難度,收治患兒年齡偏小,自我約束力、自控能力及認(rèn)知能力偏低,多數(shù)患兒在治療過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)哭鬧問(wèn)題,給患兒依從性帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重影響[1]。因此,需要采取有效措施提高患兒依從性。人性化護(hù)理作為全新的一種護(hù)理方式,其是以患兒實(shí)際情況出發(fā),采取有效護(hù)理措施進(jìn)行干預(yù),使患兒積極配合治療[2-3]。人性化護(hù)理模式相比于常規(guī)護(hù)理模式,其能考慮到患兒自身的特點(diǎn),通過(guò)對(duì)相應(yīng)護(hù)理過(guò)程及護(hù)理內(nèi)容的優(yōu)化,使其更加適合患兒實(shí)際情況,進(jìn)而達(dá)到更為理想的護(hù)理效果。本研究選取我院兒科收治的94例患兒,分別采用兩種不同方式進(jìn)行護(hù)理,比較護(hù)理結(jié)果,重點(diǎn)探討人性化護(hù)理措施下護(hù)理結(jié)果,現(xiàn)具體報(bào)道如下。……
