承載印信文化的尼山石,因產自孔子出生地尼山而聞名于世,是優質硯石,且稀有珍貴,尼山石印章也因此具有濃郁的儒家文化特色,承載著特殊的文化意義。以尼山石印章為特色產品的孔府印閣,坐落于曲阜市林前社區,自成立以來便致力于傳播和弘揚中華優秀傳統文化。
刻刀飛旋、石屑騰起,孔府印閣創作室里,篆刻師孔令佳一手用刻刀在尼山石上刻畫著剛勁而雋秀的字體,另一只手的拇指迅速拂去刻掉的石粉,動作如行云流水。
“其實,對于熟練的篆刻師來說,大多是可以直接盲刻的,因為筆法已經爛熟于心了。”孔令佳19歲入行,從事篆刻已有10多年,刻制一枚精美的印章,不過是信手拈來。“在字體選擇、章法布局上,前期要花點心思琢磨。設計好了,會更加得心應手。”孔令佳介紹。
如今的孔府印閣,在傳承篆刻技藝的基礎上,確定以弘揚中國傳統工匠精神、傳播中國國學文化為建設目標,立足曲阜儒家文化資源,成立了篆刻文化研究和傳播小組,與西泠印社、山東書法家協會等開展交流學習,在多所高校聯合開設篆刻課程,把篆刻教學融入旅游產業,與研學游緊密結合,讓全國乃至世界了解中國獨特而絢麗的印章篆刻文化。
目前,曲阜市也正在加快推進“中華印信城”建設,推動篆刻書法藝術走向社會大眾、惠及基層群眾,同時繁榮發展文旅產業,打造“圣城有禮”手造品牌。孔府印閣這一特色品牌,將持續為當地文化事業添火加薪。
在孔府印閣的產品展示柜里,放著一枚黑色的檀木與青銅鑲嵌在一起的印章。與人們傳統印象中帶著各種神獸圖案的印章不同,這枚銅木結合的印章十分簡約,而在一旁,是一個同樣極簡風格的小木盒。
“這種設計讓印章便于攜帶,而且極簡的風格很受現在年輕消費者的喜歡。”孔府印閣產品部經理張志偉介紹,“如何讓傳統文化煥發新的活力,讓年輕人喜歡上古老的篆刻文化,是公司近年來一直在探索的,我們希望用傳統文化與流行元素相結合的形式,讓越來越多的年輕人去嘗試用一枚印章來標榜自己的青春氣息。”
“萌版”十二生肖印章是近年來頗受市場歡迎的孔府印閣新品。“這款產品主體是黃銅材質,外層采用24K金電鍍,上面的印鈕是十二生肖造型。既是印章,又可當作掛件或鑰匙扣,迎合了當下年輕人的喜好。”張志偉說道,“融合現代創意和設計,以創新的方式傳承傳統工藝,才能讓傳統工藝走得更遠、傳得更久。”孔府印閣現已開發出玉石類、金屬類、木制類、塑膠類印章產品2000余款,擁有外觀專利等相關專利500余項。

隨著近年來人們對中華優秀傳統文化的熱情不斷升溫,又給這門手藝添了把“火”。作為中華優秀傳統文化的符號,篆刻印章成了新時尚,從刻有二維碼的裝飾用玉璽到兼具照明功能的印章臺燈,再到可以把胎毛加入印石的印章吊墜,孔府印閣的產品種類越做越多,創新賦予篆刻新的活力。
“互聯網時代,印章需要被賦予更多內容。”孔府印閣總經理劉鵬表示,孔府印閣將在做精傳統印章的同時積極開發新產品,實現傳統工藝的華麗轉身。
隨著電商的興起,傳統的銷售模式受到影響,孔府印閣第四代傳人張凱決定改變經營思路,將林前社區百余位老篆刻工匠聚在一起,一邊以老帶新培育新鮮血液,一邊在網絡平臺進行宣傳,通過注冊同名網店“孔府印閣”,開啟了網銷之路。
“歡迎各位新朋友、老朋友來到我們的直播間,請大家點點關注,加加粉絲團,傳統手藝不失傳……”在孔府印閣篆刻電商基地直播間,主播陳緋緋正積極和直播間觀眾互動,一方方精美的印章在她的推薦下掀起一波波搶購熱潮。
“以前我也沒想過會在網上直播。”陳緋緋說,“現在通過直播不僅能擴大產品的銷路,更能向廣大網友普及印信文化,與大家分享印章典故,我覺得很有意義。”
“對印信文化的喜愛其實深藏在每個人心中,這是我們中國人與生俱來的文化基因。”在劉鵬看來,印章的市場潛力遠遠大于現在的供應水平,“從古代的玉璽到現代書法作品印章,從小學生喜愛的功能印章到成人用的印章,社會發展從古到今,個體需求從小到大,‘印信文化可謂無處不在。”
對傳統手藝的堅守,與現代互聯網的擁抱,在孔府印閣的成長歷程中體現得淋漓盡致。小小印章,搭上互聯網的快車,讓孔府印閣從2007年的小工作室發展成為年銷售額破1.8億元的印石生產基地,現日產印章2.5萬枚左右。而今,孔府印閣在電商平臺上擁有自營網店6家,眾創網店100多家,篆刻印章產品占全國市場份額的30%,石印產品網上銷量全國第一。未來,孔府印閣也將順應時代發展,讓印信文化走進千家萬戶。

Kongfu Seal Pavilion: Millennia-old Seals Spread across the Ages
Adjoining the Cemetery of Confucius, not far from the Kong Family Mansion and the Temple of Confucius, Linqian Community in Qufu is a well-known “Handicraft Village”, where villagers generally master woodcarving, seal cutting, Han Chinese costume making and other traditional crafts. Among them, seal cutting is their most outstanding craft. Almost every household has a good command of seal cutting. Kongfu Seal Pavilion is located in the community.
Since its inception in 1956, Kongfu Seal Pavilion has been committed to spreading the fine traditional Chinese culture, and actively recruiting skilled craftsmen with continuous development and growth. Only by integrating modern creativity and design and innovatively inheriting traditional crafts can we make traditional crafts survive longer and spread further. So far, the pavilion has developed more than 2,000 seal products concerning jade, metal, wood and plastic products, and owned over 500 patents related thereto, including design patents.
The rise of e-commerce has had an effect on the traditional sales model. Zhang Kai, the fourth-generation inheritor of Kongfu Seal Pavilion, decided to change their management concept, brought together over 100 senior seal cutting craftsmen, and publicized the pavilion on online platforms while cultivating fresh blood by the mode of skilled craftsmen guiding new comers. Now, he has embarked on a road of Internet sales by registering an online store of the same name – “Kongfu Seal Pavilion”.
Taking advantage of the Internet, small seals have enabled the pavilion to develop from a small studio in 2007 into a seal stone production base with annual sales exceeding RMB 180 million, and a daily output of 25,000 seals. At present, the pavilion has six self-operated stores and over 100 Zhongchuang (mass innovation) stores on e-commerce platforms, where its seal cutting products account for 30% of the national market share, and stone seal products rank first in online sales. In the future, the pavilion will follow the trend of the times, and allow the seal culture to approach innumerable homes.
