Research on the Cultivation Model of Top-notch Innovative Medical Talents Based on Project-based Learning

AbstractAt present,medical education in universities is facing challenges such as uneven resource allocation, unreasonablecuiculumdesign,insufficientstudent innovationabilityandadisconnectbetweentheoryandpractice. The PBLteaching model is student-centered,focusing oncultivating students'problem-solving abilitycriticalthinking, andteamwork ability. Compared with traditional models,itcan beter stimulate students'interest in learning,cultivate innovative spirit,and achieve the combination of theoryand practice.Optimize the PBL teaching model in terms of course design and integration, innovative teaching methods,and evaluation system reform. Eficiently combining digital tools with interdisciplinary knowledge to provide more efective support for cultivating top-notch inovative talents in medicine.

高等醫學院校作為重點培養醫學人才的場所,一直以來備受社會關注。醫學拔尖創新人才是醫學教育的重點,社會對醫療服務的需求也隨著醫學技術的迅猛發展呈現出多元化的趨勢。然而,教育資源分配不均、課程設置不合理、學生創新能力匱乏以及理論與實踐脫節等問題,嚴重制約了醫學人才的培養質量。為了應對這些挑戰,各醫學院校開始實施以項目式學習(PBL)為基礎的教學模式。PBL引導學生圍繞真實或模擬的臨床問題進行自主學習和合作討論,提高學生解決問題的能力、批判性思維和團隊協作能力。本文旨在深入探討PBL教學模式的特點,分析其優勢與不足,并提出相應的優化策略,以更好地培養醫學拔尖創新人才。
1醫學教育的現狀與挑戰
現代社會對醫學人才,尤其是醫學拔尖人才的要求日益提高。醫學拔尖人才應緊跟科技前沿,扎實掌握人工智能、大數據等新技術并在醫學領域靈活應用,且具備一定的創新創業能力,能夠將醫學知識與市場需求相結合,推動醫學行業的發展。此外,新時代的醫學拔尖人才更應具備國際視野,積極參與國際醫學交流與合作,為全球醫療衛生事業的發展作出貢獻。然而目前,醫學教育所面臨的挑戰也是前所未有的。
