南溝村的故事

南溝村，一個(gè)位于（geláo）的小村落，因張潤(rùn)生和張維斌兩兄弟而聞名。這對(duì)兄弟在外賺了點(diǎn)錢(qián)，就琢磨著返鄉(xiāng)給村里辦點(diǎn)實(shí)事，讓鄉(xiāng)親們一同富裕起來(lái)。

Nangou Villageis anunremarkable small village locatedin theremotemountainousarea of Ansai District，Yan'an City.Its fame only came about because of two brothers， Zhang Runsheng and Zhang Weibin，who，after making some money outside thevillage，decided to return home and do something meaningful for the community to help thevillagersprosper together.

正好當(dāng)時(shí)的政策號(hào)召“土地流轉(zhuǎn)”，兄弟倆和縣、鄉(xiāng)政府一拍即合，計(jì)劃將村里的土地承包過(guò)來(lái)，全部搞現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)，栽果樹(shù)、筑水壩、搞滴灌，實(shí)行蘋(píng)果精細(xì)化管理。錢(qián)由兄弟倆掏，耕作由村里人來(lái)完成。村里的成年男女，只要愿意到地里來(lái)干活的，都按時(shí)價(jià)付工資。當(dāng)時(shí)誰(shuí)也不知道這種模式能支撐多久，沒(méi)想到這份事業(yè)一干就是近十年，一直干到了今天。

如今，南溝村的土地依舊在公司化運(yùn)營(yíng)，村民也和工人一樣，天天去上班，月月拿工資。雖然干的還是原來(lái)那些活，但他們卻和城市的工人沒(méi)什么兩樣。

Now， the land in Nangou Village is still operated as if by a company， and the villagers work like regular employees， going to work every day and receiving a salary at the end of each month. Though the villagers are still doing the same kind ofwork，theirlivesresemblethoseof cityworkersratherthantraditional farmers.

張潤(rùn)生、張維斌兩兄弟為啥要干這事？在我看來(lái)，是出于一種情懷，這種情懷是陜北人身上普遍存在的：一旦有了出息，總會(huì)想著為家鄉(xiāng)作一點(diǎn)貢獻(xiàn)，讓父老鄉(xiāng)親活得更有面子。正是這種最樸實(shí)的想法，給村民帶來(lái)了實(shí)實(shí)在在的好處。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，2023年南溝村人均可支配收入已由2014年的4653元增長(zhǎng)到了21500元。

Why did the Zhang brothers choose to take on this project？ In my opinion， it comes from a sense of mission - a sentiment commonly found among people from Northern Shaanxi.For example，when someone achieves success， they often want to contribute something to theirhometownand improvethelivesof theirfellow villagers.This simple idea has broughtreal benefits to the villagers. According to statistics， the per capita disposable income of the entire village increased from 4，653 yuan in 2014 to 21，500 yuan in 2023.

看來(lái)，這件事還是干對(duì)了— 村民富了。

It seems they made the right choice - the villagers have become richer.

“土地流轉(zhuǎn)”初期，困難重重，村級(jí)會(huì)議就開(kāi)了49次，許多村民都持反對(duì)態(tài)度。最后，還是先前的老支書(shū)說(shuō)了一句話：“就讓他們兄弟倆試一試。如果成功不了，大不了我們還像以前一樣窮。”

There was a key detail： when the idea of“l(fā)and transfer”was first proposed， the village held 49 meetings，and many villagers were initially opposed to the idea.In the end， it was the former village party secretary who said，“Let's allow these two brothers giveitatry.Ifitdoesn'twork，atworstwe'llbeas

poorasbefore.\"

就是這句話，讓大家都鐵了心，紛紛簽訂合同。這份合同，最終成就了如今的南溝村。

This comment convinced everyone， and they all agreed to sign the contracts. It was this agreement that helped shape the prosperity of current Nangou Village.

不同時(shí)期的致富路

TheRoadto Prosperityin DifferentEras

受自然資源條件限制，長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)陜北都是貧窮的，過(guò)“好光景”是陜北人民世世代代的夢(mèng)想。

Dueto the limited natural resources，Northern Shaanxi has long been impoverished.“Living a good life”has been a dream for generations of people in the region.

怎樣才能富起來(lái)，徹底擺脫貧窮呢？陜北人一直在探索著、努力著。從20世紀(jì)五六十年代的農(nóng)業(yè)合作化、人民公社，到七八十年代的包產(chǎn)到戶、家庭聯(lián)產(chǎn)承包責(zé)任制，每一次變革都是向富裕邁進(jìn)的勇敢嘗試。

How could the people of Northern Shaanxi break free from poverty？ This has been a question they have been exploring and striving toward. The agricultural cooperatives and People's Communes in the1950sand 1960s，as well asthehousehold contract responsibility systemwith remuneration linked to output in the 1980s，were all attempts to

find a path to prosperity.

兩位陜北作家生動(dòng)地記錄了這一歷程。柳青在其作品《創(chuàng)業(yè)史》中，通過(guò)主人公梁生寶展現(xiàn)了農(nóng)業(yè)合作化的道路探索。他意識(shí)到一個(gè)人的力量太薄弱了，唯有團(tuán)結(jié)互助，才能走向共同富裕。

Two writers from Northern Shaanxi have clearly recorded this history. The writer Liu Qing wrote Builders of a New Life， where the protagonist， Liang Shengbao，realized thatan individual'sstrengthalone Was too fragile to achieve common prosperity， so he decided to form agricultural cooperatives in the village. A few families would come together to help each other and work toward shared prosperity.

到了20世紀(jì)80年代，路遙的小說(shuō)《平凡的世界》則描繪了主人公孫少安面對(duì)家庭聯(lián)產(chǎn)承包責(zé)任制時(shí)內(nèi)心的喜悅。分田到戶后，他和婆姨夜以繼日地辛勤勞作，燒磚燒瓦，逐漸改變了生活面貌。有了錢(qián)后，他還出資重建了雙水村小學(xué)。

Inthe1980s，anotherwriterfrom Northern Shaanxi，Lu Yao，wroteOrdinaryWorld（《平凡的世 界》）.In the novel， the protagonist， Sun Shao'an，was thrilled by the household responsibility system.After splittingup from the collective，heand his wife worked tirelessly day and night，makingbricks and tiles， gradually improving their life. After earning money， he even helped rebuild the Shuangshui Village School.

如今，張潤(rùn)生、張維斌兄弟的大膽嘗試成為新時(shí)期陜北探索共同富裕道路的偉大實(shí)踐。我們相信，這樣的故事也會(huì)被新時(shí)代的“柳青”“路遙”們書(shū)寫(xiě)。

Today， the bold attempt by the Zhang brothers isamajor explorationofhowNorthern Shaanxi can achieve common prosperity in the new era. We believe that such stories will be written by the“Liu Qings\"and “Lu Yaos”of the new generation.

黃土地上的致富路

怎樣讓陜北整體走向富裕，實(shí)現(xiàn)共同富裕目標(biāo)，是生活在黃土地上的人們一直在思考的事。

《創(chuàng)業(yè)史》和《平凡的世界》這兩部作品，分別刻畫(huà)了不同時(shí)期，一方土地上的人們?nèi)绾瓮ㄟ^(guò)自身努力解決貧窮問(wèn)題，展現(xiàn)了小人物的奮斗歷程。它們讓讀者從微小的光亮與視角中，窺見(jiàn)整個(gè)中國(guó)社會(huì)的變化，因此成為傳世經(jīng)典。

Both Builders of a New Life and Ordinary World depict how people in different periods of history have solved the problem of poverty through their own efforts. They reflect the struggles of ordinary individualsand allowreaders to see thebroader changes happening in China through these small glimpses.As a result， these two works have become timelessclassics.

南溝村真實(shí)發(fā)生的故事正在書(shū)寫(xiě)中國(guó)農(nóng)村當(dāng)下的轉(zhuǎn)型，這一變化迅猛、深刻、激烈，前所未有。它充滿活力、生機(jī)勃勃，預(yù)示著農(nóng)村嶄新的未來(lái)。

The real story unfolding in Nangou Village is a reflection of the current changes happening in rural China. The speed， depth，and intensity of this change areunprecedented. This change is passionate， vibrant， and full of vitality. ？
