高校教材的集成化管理

摘要 高校教材管理作為教學管理中的一項重要內(nèi)容,涉及了多方面的具體工作。把集成管理的思想引入教材管理工作中，通過管理的規(guī)范化、教材計劃的統(tǒng)一協(xié)調(diào)、教材的合理選編與供應、教材的經(jīng)濟性等管理來實現(xiàn)新時期教材集成化管理，提高教材管理水平，更好地服務教學。

AbstractInstitutions of higher learning materials management as an important element in teaching management, involving a wide range of specific tasks. The introduction of integrated management and materials management, through the standardization of the management, materials planning and harmonization, materials and the reasonable collection and supply, materials and the economic management to achieve integrated management of the new era of educational materials to enhance teaching management, and better service teaching.

為了實現(xiàn)高校的教學培養(yǎng)目標，許多院校都很重視教材的管理。然而，在現(xiàn)實中教材的管理缺乏系統(tǒng)性，很有必要引入集成管理思想，加強教材管理的科學性。

1 教材集成管理的內(nèi)涵

集成管理是一種在計算機網(wǎng)絡化基礎上，借助于計算機將單位中各成員的技術系統(tǒng)集成起來，進而提高管理效率的一種管理方式。教材的集成管理有兩個基本點：一是管理的計劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)、控制；二是通過各種管理實踐促進教材的建設、供應、使用,發(fā)揮教材管理的整體效應、動態(tài)效應。

教材是學校教學、科研水平及其成果的重要反映，它對發(fā)展我國高等教育事業(yè)及提高我國科學文化水平有著重要的作用和意義，同時對培養(yǎng)富有時代氣息的高素質(zhì)的人才起著至關重要的作用，是教與學的載體。通過教材管理的計劃、組織、指導、調(diào)控職能，健全教材管理工作的規(guī)章制度，逐步建立和完善教材管理組織機構(gòu)，通過教材的選取與供應來滿足教與學的需要，服務教學， 同時實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟性的目標。……
