解釋：to prepare an exam的意思是“組織者為考試做準備”，如“出考題”。在這里to prepare是及物動詞。而to prepare for an exam才表示“考生為考試做準備”，如“復習功課”。在這里to prepare是不及物動詞，后面需加介詞for。
