淺談新課程數學教學中的情感教育

【摘要】情感教育滲透在整過教學之中,我們對學生動之以情,曉之以理,引之以悟,導之以行,建立起和諧的師生關系,是保證和促進學習的基石,是學生心理健康的維生素,是學生情感成長的雨露和陽光。讓我們傾注心血全力構造和諧的師生關系,做好人類靈魂的工程師。

在數學教學工作中,師生關系是整過教育過程的重要因素,師生之間情感如何直接關系到教學目的的實現和教學效果的好壞。初中生對某一學科的學習興趣與學習情感密不可分,他們常常因為不喜歡某課任老師而消極參與,甚至放棄該科的學習。

1.情感交融溝通師生的心靈

師生之間的情感是否融洽關鍵在于教師對學生是否熱愛。一個教育家說過:“做一名教師,首先應是這樣的人,他喜歡和孩子們在一起,他覺得和孩子們在一起是那樣的快樂,他愛孩子。”教師的愛有如溫馨的風,又似無聲的雨,它能融化冰山雪嶺,又能改變一個人的一生。在師愛的感召下,用心去營造一個良好的氛圍,做好師生之間的心靈溝通。溝通就是情感交融,它是學生、家長與教師之間關系的紐帶,對學生的發展起著動力作用。教學既是知識技能的傳授,又是師生情感交流的過程,其中蘊含著來自師生雙方的極其豐富復雜的情感因素。作為數學教師不僅要有淵博的數學知識,而且還應具備高超的理解力,善于暢通情感信息的交流渠道,去接納和呵護每一位學生,做每位學生的良師益友。……
