摘要:在對(duì)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)大學(xué)、一般大學(xué)和高職開(kāi)設(shè)的物流管理專(zhuān)業(yè)的師資、專(zhuān)業(yè)特點(diǎn)、核心課程、教學(xué)要求及畢業(yè)生就業(yè)方向等的對(duì)比分析可知,高職物流管理專(zhuān)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)應(yīng)針對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng)、小型企業(yè)和私企中、低層管理人員的需求為目標(biāo),克服教學(xué)中的弱項(xiàng),從微觀和宏觀兩方面完善畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)技能和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。

Abstract: University directly under the ministry of education, generally university and occupation technical college have opened logistical management profession. From various schools' teachers, the specialized characteristic, the core curriculum, the teaching request and the graduate get employed the direction and so on contrastive analysis to be possible to know. Personnel training should aim at the economical market medium, the Small business and private business, the goal is the primary superintendent, overcomes in the teaching the athletic event in which one is weak, consummates graduate's employability skill and competitive ability from microscopic and the macroscopic two aspects in occupation technical college.

隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,市場(chǎng)對(duì)物流人才的要求增多,原本由高職(大、中專(zhuān)學(xué)校)開(kāi)設(shè)的物流管理專(zhuān)業(yè),現(xiàn)已在國(guó)內(nèi)很多重點(diǎn)和一般院校開(kāi)設(shè)本科物流管理專(zhuān)業(yè)了。這樣高職物流管理專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)生受到了前所未有的擠壓,除了同學(xué)間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)外,更受到同專(zhuān)業(yè)更高學(xué)歷的本科畢業(yè)生的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),其就業(yè)面選擇變窄,就業(yè)要求降低,就業(yè)率下降。鑒于空前的就業(yè)壓力,要求高職物流專(zhuān)業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)要有更創(chuàng)新、更合宜、更靈活、更務(wù)實(shí)的方式,要求高職院師生們加深對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的理解,加強(qiáng)物流人才需求的理解,培養(yǎng)出更適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)、更廣泛就業(yè)、更快展示自我才能的教育方式,這才是高職院物流管理專(zhuān)業(yè)是否有發(fā)展空間的根本大事。
1高職院物流專(zhuān)業(yè)要有合適經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng)的專(zhuān)業(yè)特色,師資力量和就業(yè)方向
以東部某國(guó)際知名大學(xué)、中部一般大學(xué)和湖南現(xiàn)代物流職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院比較(見(jiàn)表1)。
高職院應(yīng)以培養(yǎng)畢業(yè)生更快成為中、小型工礦企業(yè)和商品流通企業(yè)中的優(yōu)秀基層管理者為目標(biāo)。……
