濟(jì)南城市發(fā)展交流團(tuán)抵達(dá)臺(tái)北

Jinan City Development and Exchange Delegation Arrived in Taipei

應(yīng)臺(tái)灣海峽兩岸商務(wù)發(fā)展基金會(huì)邀請(qǐng)，3月22日下午，中共山東省委常委、濟(jì)南市委書(shū)記焉榮竹率領(lǐng)的濟(jì)南市城市發(fā)展交流團(tuán)，乘坐濟(jì)南—臺(tái)北直航班機(jī)抵達(dá)臺(tái)北。晚上，國(guó)民黨榮譽(yù)主席連戰(zhàn)在臺(tái)北國(guó)賓大飯店會(huì)見(jiàn)了焉榮竹一行，雙方進(jìn)行了誠(chéng)摯親切的會(huì)談。

On the afternoon of March 22， the Jinan City Development and Exchange Delegation led by Yang Rongzhu， member of CPC Shandong Provincial Party Committee and secretary of Jinan Municipal Party Committee arrived in Taipei by Jinan-Taiwan Direct Air Flight， upon the invitation of Cross Taiwan Straits Association of Commerce Development. In the evening， Lien Chan， honorary chairman of the Kuomintang， met Yang Rongzhu and his delegation at the Taipei Guobin Hotel. They had a cordial and hearted meeting.

文化產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目獲扶持

Projects of Cultural Industry Gained Support

“天下泉城”網(wǎng)站建設(shè)、電視片《天下泉城》、動(dòng)漫影視三維素材庫(kù)建設(shè)、縱橫跨越媒體升級(jí)項(xiàng)目、九頂塔民俗園歡樂(lè)園項(xiàng)目、濟(jì)南歷史文化讀本及文獻(xiàn)集成系列圖書(shū)、曲藝喜劇《茶壺就是喝茶的》、文化旅游劇《齊風(fēng)魯韻》、大型京劇意象雜技劇《粉墨》等13個(gè)項(xiàng)目獲首批文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展專項(xiàng)資金扶持，資助金額達(dá)810萬(wàn)元。

13 projects of cultural industry， including the opening of the City of Springs Website， the aerial film—The City of Springs， the build-up of the 3D Material Storage of ACG， the project of Upgrading Media， the project of Jiuding Tower Folk Customs and Joyful Land， the book series on Jinan History and Culture and Document Collections， the Quyi Comedy— A Tea Pot for Drinking Tea， the cultural and travel play—Qilu Charm， and the large scale acrobatic opera—Fenmo， gained support from the first special fund for the development of cultural industry， with the aid capital amounting to 8.1million yuan.

流動(dòng)警務(wù)機(jī)制

Mobile Police Mechanism

近日，由巡警、交警、特警、武警等警種和派出所民警、保安隊(duì)員聯(lián)合參與的濟(jì)南公安流動(dòng)警務(wù)多警聯(lián)合巡邏機(jī)制在山東省體育館北廣場(chǎng)正式啟動(dòng)。70輛裝備先進(jìn)通信指揮系統(tǒng)的巡邏警車全部用于街面巡邏工作，提高群眾見(jiàn)警率和安全感，打造和諧平安的泉城。

Recently， the Joint Patrol Mechanism of Jinan Mobile Police， jointly participated in by such police types as patrolmen， traffic policemen， special policemen， and armed policemen， as well as members of the public security bureau， was officially held in the north square of Shandong Provincial Gymnasium. 70 patrol wagons equipped with advanced command communication systems will be used for patrolling the streets， so as to enhance both police visibility and the public’s sense of security， thus building up a harmonious and peaceful City of Springs.

國(guó)際婦女節(jié)

International Women’s Day

3月6日，為慶祝“三八”國(guó)際勞動(dòng)?jì)D女節(jié)，展示齊魯銀行和外貿(mào)企業(yè)客戶的粉紅魅力，增強(qiáng)銀企交流，由齊魯銀行、濟(jì)南市銀企協(xié)會(huì)、濟(jì)南市外商投資企業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)共同主辦的“魅力女人花冷餐葡萄酒會(huì)”聯(lián)誼活動(dòng)在斯瑞德國(guó)際葡萄酒城舉行。活動(dòng)期間，主辦方向女企業(yè)家們介紹了各種葡萄酒的特點(diǎn)和功效，并帶領(lǐng)大家品嘗了多款外國(guó)名酒。

On March 6， the large scale fellowship activity—Buffet Wine Party for Women’s Charm， jointly hosted by Qilu Bank， Jinan Municipal Banks and Enterprises Association， and Jinan Foreign Investment Enterprises Association， was held in the Stride International Wine City in Jinan， in order to celebrate the International Working Women’s Day on March 8， and show the charm of woman workers of Qilu Bank and customers of foreign trade enterprises， thus to strengthen the exchanges between banks and enterprises.

藥品降價(jià)

Price Reduction of Drugs

濟(jì)南市對(duì)2008年集中采購(gòu)的9800個(gè)規(guī)格品種的藥品價(jià)格進(jìn)行了審核，對(duì)高于省集中采購(gòu)價(jià)格的2780個(gè)規(guī)格品種下調(diào)了零售價(jià)格，平均降價(jià)幅度7.2%，調(diào)整后的藥品價(jià)格于今年3月1日起執(zhí)行。據(jù)省物價(jià)局通知，要求按順加不超過(guò)15%的差價(jià)率確定零售價(jià)格;實(shí)際采購(gòu)價(jià)格高于500元的，最高加價(jià)額不得超過(guò)75元。

Jinan made an examination on the prices of drugs of 9800 specifications centrally purchased in 2008， and lowered the retail prices of the drugs of 2780 specifications， with an average reduced rate of 7.2%. The adjusted price would be implemented on March 1， 2010. According to Shandong Provincial Bureau of Commodity Prices， the retail price should be set with the prices difference rate not surpassing 15%， and for purchased prices higher than 500 yuan， the maximum price markup should not exceed 75 yuan.

A Healthy City

近日召開(kāi)的濟(jì)南市衛(wèi)生工作會(huì)議提出濟(jì)南要打造健康城市，指出創(chuàng)建健康城市要求衛(wèi)生工作向基層傾斜，為老百姓服務(wù)。從2010年起，用兩年時(shí)間，在新建城區(qū)及15個(gè)城市綜合體內(nèi)設(shè)置50所社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)，2010年濟(jì)南市要在105個(gè)基層醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)試點(diǎn)推行國(guó)家基本藥物制度。

The building of a healthy city was the theme of Jinan Municipal Health Working Conference held recently， which required health work to give priority to the grassroots， so as to offer good service to common people. From 2010， 50 institutes of health service in communities will be established in the newly-built central urban areas and 15 city complexes in the coming two years. And Jinan will pilot the national essential medicine system in 105 primary-level institutes of medical treatment.

低碳最時(shí)尚

Low Carbon—the Most Fashionable

新學(xué)期伊始，濟(jì)南市多所學(xué)校發(fā)出“低碳生活”號(hào)召，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生們從點(diǎn)滴節(jié)約做起，盡量減少生活中所耗用的能量。濟(jì)南歷下實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)舉行了一場(chǎng)別開(kāi)生面的服裝秀，同學(xué)們自己做模特，展示了利用廢舊物品制作的服裝。

At the beginning of the new semester， many schools of Jinan appealed to people to adopt “a low carbon lifestyle”. And students were encouraged to act in their own small way to save energy， and try their best to reduce wasted energy in daily life. In a spectacular fashion show held in Lixia Experimental Primary School in Jinan， students acted as models themselves， displaying their clothes made from waste materials.
