異維A酸紅霉素凝膠配合痤瘡擠壓法治療痤瘡療效觀察

摘 要 目的:比效異維A酸紅霉凝膠配合痤瘡擠壓法與痤瘡擠壓法治療痤瘡的療效。方法:將156例分為兩組，試驗組102例。外用異維A酸紅霉素凝膠配合痤瘡擠壓法。對照組54例，采用痤瘡容器擠壓痤瘡。兩組共治療4周。結果:試驗組有效率84.31%，對照組68.52%(P<0.05)。結論:異維A酸紅霉素凝膠配合痤瘡擠壓法治療痤瘡優于單一痤瘡擠壓法。

AbstractObjective:to compare the different dimensions Acid Red A gel mold with acne and acne extrusion efficacy of the treatment of acne.156 cases were divided into two groups.Experimental group of 102 cases，using Acid Red A gel mold with acne extrusion red mold gel，54 cases of control group，acne container extrusion acne.Two groups were treated for 4 weeks.Results:The effective rate was 84.31%， while the control group was 68.52%.Conclusion:Use the method of a different dimension Acid Red A gel is better than a single acne extrusion method of acne.
