基于相干控制的超快光開光材料研究

摘 要：相干控制是近年來國際上的一個研究熱點。本文采用了飛秒相干控制技術對新型無序稀土材料摻鉺鋅鈮碲酸鹽玻璃（ZnO-Nb2O5-TeO2：Er2O3）上轉換熒光相干控制及其作為超快光開關材料關鍵因素：熒光強度及響應時間進行分析與探索，并對其作為高速光開關材料的可能性與實用性進行了簡要的展望。
