背景

病房走廊里，一位孕婦從外面走來，床位護士迎了上去。

護士：您好！您有什么需要協助的嗎？

病人：是的。我姓王。

護士：很高興見到您。我是李護士，您可以叫我小李。您有什么不舒服嗎？

病人：我懷孕已經39周，今天感到下腹有點脹痛，我想可能要生了，就來醫院檢查。圍產期檢查室的醫生建議我住院，我就來了。

護士：噢，別著急，我先帶您到產房與助產士見面，并且做一些產科方面的檢查。

病人：好的，謝謝你。

產生這種缺陷一般都是因為混凝土的配合比達不到要求，或者灌注樁混凝土內部碎石、砂子、水泥發生分離而相關技術人員未能及時發現，最終在鉆孔灌注樁內部產生空洞，嚴重的甚至會引起斷樁。

（李護士把王女士介紹給助產士后，暫時離開。王女士在產房做各項檢查，四十分鐘后，助產士陪同王女士來到病房護士站。李護士邊迎面打招呼邊從助產士手中接過王女士的病歷和檢查單并快速看了一下。）

護士：從您的面部表情看來，檢查結果很不錯，是嗎？床位都給您準備好了，我陪您過去。

病人：太好了。

護士：這是您的床位。您現在感到累嗎？

病人：有點累。

護士：那就先躺下休息一會兒，我去通知營養室幫您準備午餐。十分鐘后我再來給您做入院介紹并了解一些您的情況，您看如何？

病人：好的。李護士，剛才助產士告訴我睡覺要采取左側臥位，為什么？

護士：噢，取左側臥位可增加子宮、胎盤之間的血流，對胎兒較為有利。

病人：原來如此，那我為了寶寶一定要堅持左側臥位。（李護士協助產婦慢慢擺好了體位，蓋上被子，離開病房。）

Nurse：Hi！Do you need any help？

Patient：Yes.My last name is Wang.

Nurse：Very nice to meet you.I am nurse Li.You can call me Xiao Li.Are you having any discomfort？

Patient：I am 39weeks pregnant and feel a little distention pain in the lower abdomen today.I thought it may be time to give birth，so I came to the hospital to have it checked out.The doctor at the prenatal clinic suggested hospitalization，that’s why I’m here.

Nurse：Oh，don’t be nervous.I will take you to the delivery room to meet the midwife and have some obstetric examinations.Patient：Good，thank you.

（After introducing Mrs.Wang to the midwife，nurse Li leaves temporarily.Mrs.Wang has all the tests done.A－bout 40minutes later，the midwife accompanies Mrs.Wang to the nurses’station of the ward.Nurse Li greets them，and receives Mrs.Wang’s medical record and test results from the midwife and reviews them quickly.）

Nurse：I can tell from your facial expression that the test results must be very good，right？The bed is ready for you.I’ll accompany you over there.

Patient：Great.

Nurse：This is your bed.Are you tired？

Patient：A little.

Nurse：Lie down and rest.I’ll notify the nutrition department to prepare lunch for you.I will come back in 10 minutes and provide the admission introduction and also obtain some information from you，OK？

Patient：Good.Nurse Li，the midwife told me to lie on my left side.Why？

Nurse：Oh，lying on the left side can increase the blood flow between the uterus and the placenta.This is good for the fetus.

Patient：I see.I’ll lie on my left side for the sake of my baby.（Nurse Li helps the pregnant woman to lie down slowly，covers her with a quilt and leaves the room.）
