大學(xué)生信息技術(shù)素養(yǎng)測驗的初步編制

摘 要 本文基于以往國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)對信息技術(shù)素養(yǎng)的探討，提出了大學(xué)生信息技術(shù)素養(yǎng)的概念和主要具體內(nèi)容，并以此為依據(jù)，初步編制了適用于大學(xué)生的信息技術(shù)素養(yǎng)測驗，測驗包含情感態(tài)度、信息技術(shù)知識與技能、信息管理能力、獨(dú)立自主能力、團(tuán)隊合作能力、道德修養(yǎng)與法律法規(guī)六個維度的內(nèi)容，這為高校了解大學(xué)生信息技術(shù)素養(yǎng)提供了內(nèi)容框架和工具。

Information Technology Literacy Test

Abstract This article explores the past literature on IT literacy， based on students' information technology literacy concepts and major details， and as a basis for the preparation of the preliminary information technology applied to college literacy tests， quizzes contain emotional attitudes， information content technical knowledge and skills， information management skills， independence skills， teamwork ability， morality and the laws and regulations in six dimensions， which provided content framework and tools for college to understand students' information technology literacy.

0 引言

《國家中長期教育改革與發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》明確指出，把教育信息化納入國家信息化發(fā)展的整體戰(zhàn)略，加快終端設(shè)施普及，推進(jìn)數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)，實現(xiàn)多種方式接入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，強(qiáng)化信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用，鼓勵學(xué)生利用信息手段主動學(xué)習(xí)，自主學(xué)習(xí)，增強(qiáng)運(yùn)用信息技術(shù)分析解決問題能力，加快全民信息技術(shù)普及和應(yīng)用。在信息技術(shù)素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)和基于信息技術(shù)素養(yǎng)進(jìn)行教學(xué)改革過程中，對大學(xué)生信息技術(shù)素養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀的了解必不可少，這就需要科學(xué)化的、專門化的大學(xué)生信息技術(shù)素養(yǎng)測評工具。因此，編制大學(xué)生信息技術(shù)素養(yǎng)測驗具有重要的實踐意義。

1 設(shè)計的理論基礎(chǔ)

在信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展和國家的大力提倡和關(guān)注下，信息技術(shù)素養(yǎng)問題也引起了國內(nèi)外研究者的關(guān)注，并圍繞信息技術(shù)素養(yǎng)的概念與內(nèi)涵開展了一系列研究。具體內(nèi)容如下：

一些國際組織以及國家的研究機(jī)構(gòu)等，先后出臺了一些相關(guān)文件，界定了信息技術(shù)素養(yǎng)的概念與內(nèi)涵。……
