論如何建設高職計算機專業專本銜接應用型本科人才培養模式及課程體系的研究

摘要：高級技術技能型人才是我國人才隊伍中的重要組成部分，是提高企業核心競爭力。目前，高技術技能型人才培養來源于高職院校，但這類學校大多是沿用傳統的人才培養模式，培養出學生的可持續發展能力有限。為此，我們可以通過專業專本銜接協同培養出高級技術技能型人才，深化高職學生的內涵，提高本科生的動手和解決問題的實際應用能力，構建更有力的高級技術技能人才保障。

Abstract： The senior technical talents is an important part of China's talent team， is to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. At present， high skill talents training from vocational colleges， but this kind of school is mostly followed the traditional training model of talent， cultivate the students ability of sustainable development co.. Therefore， we can through the professional the bridging co cultivating senior technical talents， deepening the connotation of vocational students， improve undergraduate students and to solve the problem of practical application ability， construct the advanced technical skills talent guarantee morepowerful.

珠三角地區產業轉型升級急需大批計算機專業的應用型本科人才，特別是互聯網相關產業的迅速發展，對信息技術應用型人才的需求激增。從近期對人才市場的職業需求分析來看，廣東省人才總需求中，信息技術人才占55%，其中僅IT專業人才缺口達到25萬名以上，而且計算機技術更新換代快， 計算機類專業應用型本科人才供不應求，主要原因是計算機專業人才的培養難以適應行業企業的需求，雖然本科高校培養的學生專業基礎好、學科建設基礎扎實，但在專業技能上有所欠缺，而高職學校在培養學生技能上較強、專業緊貼生產一線能滿足企業與崗位的需求，為學生提供了較好的實踐機會，但它在專業理論上有待加強，所以要解決當前人才培養上的問題，就要與本科院校專業對接，與企業合作聯合教學，協同培養高技能應用型人才。
