摘要:高級技術技能型人才是我國人才隊伍中的重要組成部分,是提高企業核心競爭力。目前,高技術技能型人才培養來源于高職院校,但這類學校大多是沿用傳統的人才培養模式,培養出學生的可持續發展能力有限。為此,我們可以通過專業專本銜接協同培養出高級技術技能型人才,深化高職學生的內涵,提高本科生的動手和解決問題的實際應用能力,構建更有力的高級技術技能人才保障。

Abstract: The senior technical talents is an important part of China's talent team, is to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. 珠三角地區產業轉型升級急需大批計算機專業的應用型本科人才,特別是互聯網相關產業的迅速發展,對信息技術應用型人才的需求激增。從近期對人才市場的職業需求分析來看,廣東省人才總需求中,信息技術人才占55%,其中僅IT專業人才缺口達到25萬名以上,而且計算機技術更新換代快, 計算機類專業應用型本科人才供不應求,主要原因是計算機專業人才的培養難以適應行業企業的需求,雖然本科高校培養的學生專業基礎好、學科建設基礎扎實,但在專業技能上有所欠缺,而高職學校在培養學生技能上較強、專業緊貼生產一線能滿足企業與崗位的需求,為學生提供了較好的實踐機會,但它在專業理論上有待加強,所以要解決當前人才培養上的問題,就要與本科院校專業對接,與企業合作聯合教學,協同培養高技能應用型人才。
