大數(shù)據(jù)背景下智慧城市破解交通擁堵的策略研究

摘要： 在經(jīng)濟(jì)日益發(fā)展的今天，城市的發(fā)展越來(lái)越快，隨之而來(lái)的城市交通擁堵問(wèn)題也越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重，交通擁堵現(xiàn)象對(duì)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展構(gòu)成嚴(yán)重威脅，有效的解決交通問(wèn)題迫在眉睫。智慧城市是一種看待城市的新角度，是一種發(fā)展城市的新思維。該文以蘭州市為例，分析了目前樞紐城市在交通擁堵中存在的問(wèn)題，結(jié)合建設(shè)“智慧城市”的理念和技術(shù)，尤其指出大數(shù)據(jù)是智慧城市解決交通擁堵的關(guān)鍵，并提出了加強(qiáng)智慧交通標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系總體框架、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的開(kāi)發(fā)和使用、破解信息壁壘等策略，對(duì)其他城市建設(shè)智慧交通有參考價(jià)值。

The Strategy Research of Wisdom City Cracking Traffic Congestion with Big Data

Abstract： The economy is becoming more and more active， speeding up the urbanization process， at the same time， the human faces a serious problem of urban traffic congestion， if the traffic congestion problems cannot be effectively solved， it will pose a serious threat of urban economy in sustained and healthy development. Wisdom city is a new view of the city and is a kind of new thought of city development. This paper takes lanzhou city as an example and make analysis of the problems of traffic congestion in hub city. Combining with the construction of " wisdom city" concept and technology， especially it pointed out that big data is core to solve the traffic congestion， we propose three strategy for construction wisdom transportation， the first is general framework of wisdom transportation， the second is key technologys use and development of wisdom transportation， the last， information barriers is cracked. It has reference value to other citys wisdom transportation construction.

隨著汽車工業(yè)的急速發(fā)展，我國(guó)城市交通面臨極大挑戰(zhàn)，大城市尤其是樞紐城市的交通擁堵問(wèn)題日益突出。大城市的交通擁堵?tīng)顩r與城市規(guī)模和空間形態(tài)，以及城市化水平都有著密切的關(guān)系。蘭州市是西北地區(qū)的交通樞紐，蘭州市的交通擁堵問(wèn)題具有一定的典型性，因而以蘭州為例研究交通擁堵問(wèn)題的破解之策，對(duì)全國(guó)其他城市來(lái)說(shuō)，尤其是我國(guó)的樞紐城市而言有一定的參考價(jià)值。

1 蘭州市道路和交通擁堵現(xiàn)狀和分析

蘭州市作為西北地區(qū)的交通樞紐城市，城區(qū)共有4個(gè)行政區(qū)域，城區(qū)道路情況低于《城市道路交通規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》規(guī)定的15%-20%標(biāo)準(zhǔn)[1]。其中路網(wǎng)密度2.77km/km2，道路面積6.23m2，道路用地率僅為7.77%，其中主要干道及支路285條，長(zhǎng)401.06km，面積1218.08萬(wàn)m2。……
