高職院校圖書館數字資源利用率的主要影響因子探析

摘要：高職院校圖書館在數字資源上的建設投入在逐年增加，但投入跟產出不能成正比。由此帶來的對該如何有效率的建設高職數字資源的研究也越來越具有實際意義。該文通過從2005年至今學院數字圖書館建設的歷年數據的分析，歸納了影響高職數字資源建設的一系列因子，并分列出15個正向主要影響因子和4個反向主要影響因子，提出了網絡建設、資源和服務的充分是數字圖書館建設的主要影響因子，最后建議面向這些影響因子有針對性地進行高職數字圖書館的建設投入。

Abstract： The investment on the higher vocational college digital library has been growing rapidly over past decade， but not proportional to the investment on building with the library use. How the resulting efficiency of the construction of vocational studies are increasingly significant. By analyzing the data since 2005， summarized the impact of the construction of a series of digital resources vocational factors and sub-factors listed 15 forward and 4 reverse impact factors proposed network construction， adequate resources and services is the major factors in the construction of digital library. It suggests that the future investment in the construction of vocational digital library should be made guided by these factors.

1 高職院校圖書館數字資源的發展概況

目前，在高職院校圖書館（以下簡稱高職館）建設中，數字資源建設投入占有越來越大的比重。以杭州職業技術學院圖書館的數字資源為例，自2006年開始，從無到有開始建設，先后投資建設了以同方和萬方為代表的初期數字資源。到了2008年，乘著浙江省教育廳啟動了“高校圖書館數字資源集團采購項目”這股春風，學院圖書館的數字資源有了突飛猛進的發展。從僅有的“同方”和“萬方”數據庫一下增長到了囊括論文期刊、電子圖書、隨書光盤發布系統在內的5個現代大型數字資源，數字資源采購經費從16.5萬元增加到29.5萬元，增長了近80%，由此圖書館數字資源建設進入了一個平穩發展的成長期；從2009年開始，教育廳“高……
