區間直覺模糊多屬性決策方法在數字圖書館館藏中的應用

〔摘要〕針對備選方案中評價專家給定的區間直覺模糊信息，提出一種基于投影思想的區間直覺模糊信息多屬性決策方法。為全面考慮各評價指標權重信息不完全的情形，將專家對各指標的正、負理想方案作為參照點，建立一個基于投影的多目標規劃模型以獲得指標權重，并運用加權算術平均算子對評價信息進行集結，從而獲得各方案的排序與擇優結果。最終，通過數字圖書館館藏實例驗證該方法的可行性與有效性。

〔Ａｂｓｔｒａｃｔ〕The paper proposed a projection-based thinking interval intuitionistic fuzzy Multiple Attributes Decision Method for the interval intuitionistic fuzzy information in options given by evaluation experts.In order to take full account of the evaluation index weight incomplete information case,taking experts positive and negative ideal solution on various indicators as reference points.The paper established a projection-based multi-objective programming model to obtain the index weight,and used the weighted arithmetic average operator to assemble the evaluation information,then got the sorting and selection of the best results of each program.Eventually,the paper used a numerical example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.

在對傳統圖書館館藏進行評價時，其標準一般是從館藏文獻的數量、質量、結構等方面對藏書資源被開發利用的情況，以及滿足社會文獻需求的能力等予以考察。伴隨著目前數字圖書館的進一步發展壯大，其館藏的內涵與外延都發生了一系列變化，評價標準的內容相比傳統館藏亦日趨復雜。特別是虛擬館藏的形成給當前的藏書發展帶來了日新月異的影響，因而更有必要對數字圖書館館藏評價開展深入研究。作為數字圖書館評價中重要內容的館藏評價，是一項難度系數較高的系統工程，在模糊信息環境下，評價專家針對館藏給予的評價信息往往是區間直覺模糊信息?！?br>
