計算機網絡在企業中的作用探究

摘要：隨著科技的發展，信息時代已經到來，計算機技術的不斷發展表明了信息化時代前景廣闊。在各類企業的實際工作中計算機網絡技術已被廣泛使用，為企業的發展提供了便利條件。企業利用計算機技術可以便捷的獲取各類信息，有利于企業的未來發展。該文就計算機網絡在企業中的應用展開分析，希望對企業的發展能夠有所幫助。

Abstract： With the development of science and technology， the arrival of the information age， the rapid development of computer technology shows broad prospects for the information age. In the actual work of enterprises of all types of computer network technology has been widely used， and provides a convenient conditions for the development of enterprises. Enterprise using computer technology can be convenient to obtain all kinds of information， beneficial to the future development of enterprises. This paper analyzes on the application of computer network in the enterprise， hope to the development of the enterprise to be able to help.

20世紀80年代末，計算機網絡開始逐漸在企業中使用，通過網絡化的方式獲得信息，為尋求企業之間的合作及獲取各類資源帶來方便，實現了企業現代化管理，推動了企業的高速發展。在未來企業的發展將更加依賴計算機網絡。所以我們要關注計算機網絡在企業的作用以及其在企業發展中的需要注意的問題，以便企業能夠健康發展。

1 企業使用計算機技術的意義

現代企業必備要素之一就是要有較強處理能力的信息管理系統。計算機網絡在企業中的廣泛使用使員工視野變得開闊，員工與員工、員工與企業的合作交流更具時效性，信息存貯量增大，與此同時大大降低了企業辦公的成本，對企業十分有利。在市場中，企業之間競爭激烈，對周圍環境變化敏感，率先掌握到信息并作出相應的決策在企業的競爭中至關重要，企業對計算機的應用程度決定了企業的發展。

企業應用計算機網絡，加大了企業的宣傳力度。……
