高職高專人才需求分析及培養模式探索

摘要：相對于傳統的本科人才培養模式來說，高職專科是一種新型的人才培養方式，一方面，降低了高等教育的門檻，另一方面，能夠從基礎層面抓起，針對性的對人才進行專業化的學習培養。尤其對于計算機學科來說，當代高速發展的今天，幾乎人們的生活都離不開計算機的幫助。可以說，IT行業是這個社會發展的基礎，也是不可或缺的主流技術。對于高職專科人才在計算機領域上的培養，更加強調了技術上的培養，在理論的基礎上，強化學生實際操作的能力。無論是硬件方向，還是軟件方向，高職類學校都應該更加重視學生的實踐能力。該文通過簡要的敘述，以計算機專業為例，討論培養高職專科人才培養的方法及模式。

Abstract： Compared with traditional undergraduate talents training mode， vocational college is a way to cultivate new talents， on the one hand， reduce the higher education， on the other hand， to start from the basic level， for the professional talent cultivation of learning. Especially for the computer science， the modern high-speed development today， almost the life of people cannot do without the help of a computer. Can say， the IT industry is the foundation of the social development， the mainstream technology is indispensable. For in the field of computer on the talent cultivation in Higher Vocational College， more emphasis on the cultivation of technology， on the basis of the theory， strengthen the ability of students practical operation. Whether it is a hardware or software， direction， higher vocational school should pay more attention to students' practice ability. Through the brief narration to the computer professional， for example， discusses the cultivation of higher vocational talents training method and mode.

高專教育的學生起點要求相對較低，但是對人才技術上的培養上相對傳統大學教育沒有明顯的差距。高職高專的教育更加趨向實際的操作能力。為國家培養技術型的人才。高職高專的教學內容更具有針對性，能夠把具體的專業細分化，方向化，根據學生的需要，因材施教。面對如今的社會，對技術型的人才需求是非常可觀的，對于社會的發展趨勢來說，技術型人才更能立足于社會。重要的是，我們能充分的把教學知識跟職業技能結合起來，讓學生真正的學到可操作的技術。最終實現職業就業的目標。以計算機為例，我們做以下的探討分析。……
