Sound Ecological Construction: The Only Route Open Universities at

Prefecture Level Must Take for Development and Construction

Abstract: Since the foundation of The Open University of China, the constructions of open universities at prefecture level have come into being. Sound ecological construction turns to be the key point of rapid and healthy development of open universities at prefecture level. The distance education workers, especially workers in open universities at prefecture level, for these universities, they have to understand the necessity of sound ecological construction, fully excavate and compact the components of sound ecology, design a constructive route for sound ecology in a scientific way, in order to make sound ecological construction the only way to develop and construct open universities at prefecture level.

The Status Quo of Media Exposure and Media Literacy of

Rural Pupils in Shaanxi

Abstract: Since daily lives are awash in media which represents individuals' existing state and environment, media literacy education gradually receives more attention. This article aims at promoting media literacy education of rural pupils in Shaanxi. The premise of an effective media literacy education is the understanding of status quo, therefore the author investigated the media exposure of rural pupils from Shaanxi and analyzed their media literacy in order to lay foundation for further study.

A Teaching Academic Research Approach to the Investigation and

Analysis of the Staff Development of Law Teachers at Open Universities

Abstract: ransforming from Radio and Television University to Open University, new requirements have been put forward to RTVU teachers' professional ability. Their professional development is significant to promote the construction and development of an open university. In terms of teaching academic approach, this article reveals the basic condition and reality of law teachers' professional development in open universities via questionnaire survey and Excel. Some implications and suggestions have been made to promote law teachers' professional development.

Abstract: Economics and Management are the main social science disciplines, The current remote education more popular among colleges and learners are belong to the economic management major categories. Unlike its practice teaching subjects such as medicine, engineering, agriculture requires large-scale equipment, so these professional learners' ability to integrate theory with practice is concentrated in the link of graduation thesis. However, this part of the teaching situation is not optimistic. Three aspects, such as teachers, students and teaching managers, have different degrees of problems. Through the analysis of the professional management of the distance open education, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to ensure and improve the quality of the graduation thesis of economic management in modern distance education.

ASP-based Design and Implementation of the Behavioral Statistical

System at Online Platforms in RTVUs

Abstract: aking the behavioral statistical system in Yulin RTVU online platform as example, the article mainly reports the design and implementation of the ASP-based behavioral statistical system of this branch. It also states database design, querying logic, code as well as div+css charts of behavior statistics at online platform. The ASP-based behavioral statistical system at RTVU online platform has been fully realized according to the designing process and practical effect. To a large extent, it also reduces the teaching statistics of Yu Lin RTVU.

Abstract: With the continuously upgrading of the industrial structure, the enterprise of talent skill enhances unceasingly. Combining with the hotel industry development background and the research of hotel management professional students,the paper found that the students for internships were higher, but is not satisfied to the practice mode, according to the problems arising from the students the paper explore the countermeasures ,and look forward to healthy development of higher vocational education.

The Historical Position of Superior Virtue and Inferior Virtue

Abstract: The Tao Te Ching occupies a central place in the canon of Chinese culture. Among its two greatest contributions, the first one divides "Tao" into "eternal reason" and "not eternal reason" and elaborates the basic characteristic of "Tao", the other one suggests "Te", rooted in "Tao", as "superior virtue" and "inferior virtue" and points out the way of knowing, learning, as well as possessing the concept of "Te". This article mainly focuses on "superior virtue and inferior virtue". By analyzing all the concepts of virtue, benevolence, justice, and propriety within The Tao Te Ching, this paper demonstrates outstanding findings of "superior virtue and inferior virtue" and discusses the inheritance and fracture of it historically. It emphasizes the necessity to inherit "superior virtue and inferior virtue", as well as rebuilt an interconnected and harmonious sinology system.

Current Research Situation of the Poetry on Painting by

"Eight Eccentrics of Yangzhou"

Abstract: TAt present, researches about "Eight Eccentrics of Yangzhou" mainly fall on Zheng Xie, following by Jin Nong, Wang Shishen, Hua Yan, Li Fangying, Gao Fenghan, Bian Taomin, Huang Shen, Li Shan, Luo Pin, etc, while even less researches about Chen Zhuan and Li Mian. Also there is no study of painting poetry of Yangzhou school. The theoretical exploration about the "Eight Eccentrics" focuses mainly on Zheng Xie, Jin Nong, Hua Yan, etc. Researches about other members are still rare.

Some Thoughts after Reading "A Collection of Peasant

Paintings in Huxian County, China"

Abstract: "A Collection of Peasant Paintings in Huxian County, China", edited by Wang Xiping and Gao Congyi, is an encyclopedia of Huxian peasant paintings. After the liberation of peasants in new China, Huxian peasant paintings, one form of the folk art, represent Chinese peasant paintings and arouse strong repercussions at home and abroad. Reform and Opening Up brought not only challenging, but also opportunity and development to Huxian peasant paintings. In order to make Huxian peasant paintings more vibrant, four kinds of relations have to be properly managed: the relation of economic construction and cultural construction, the relation of social benefit and economic benefit, the relation of working and peasant painting, the relation of popularization and improvement.

Abstract:In this paper, the history of immigration in Southern Shaanxi in the Qing Dynasty migratory phenomenon, analyzes the origin, size and reasons of immigrants, immigrants in the affirmative development in southern Shaanxi in the Qing Dynasty historical value while acutely aware of this development activity on the local ecological environment damage. Thus further clarified to achieve sustainable development in southern Shaanxi region, we must pursue the construction of ecological civilization.

Abstract:Love in the Spare-time is a novel by Wang Yuxian. Set in the end of last century with business as the story background, the novel tells a touching story of love and life happens in Xi'an and Weinan. A multitude of characters' social experiences have been carefully portrayed, and thus the changes in their minds are revealed. Both the author's thoughts towards life, love, as well as career and numerous social phenomena have been stated. Through multi-story structure, this novel shapes vivid characters with plain and artful structure, diverse plots, graceful and concise words as well. It is a novel worth considering.

A Collection of Wang Wei's Works comprehensively and systematically collect researches about Wang Wei chronologically includes poetry, prose, painting, music, calligraphy, etc. Together with the collection of anthologies, forewords, as well as cooperation of researchers from the whole country, this work shows many new features than before.

Abstract:Higher vocational college is an important part of the modern vocational education system.There is a large gap between the current high level personnel training and the China high level personnel training system.Only the coalescence mechanism exploration of higher vocational college graduates is the essential problem of the undergraduate vocational education. Government policy, culture consciousness, improvement of teachers, teaching resources,teaching team, economic benefits and other factors are the key factors of coalescence mechanism;The matriculation qualification definition,learning style establishment, specialty reasonable settings, and the effective management and assessment are the core problems of coalescence training mode under the modern vocational education system.

The exploration from MOOC to SMOOC

Super MOOC (SMOOC) is a new concept posed on the basis of MOOC, aming to achieve the goal of 5A (Anyone, Any Time, Anywhere, Any Way, Any Courses). With the deep integration of mobile internet, smart phone, Big Data and cloud computing, SMOOC will accelerate the arrival of a new era of educational informatization and put forward the promotion of resources integration and update of RTV universities, Open Universities and networking colleges in China. SMOOC will also serve the development of the lifelong learning system and "One Belt and One Road" education, science & culture. After an analysis of 36 years developing history of the resources and technology of Open Universities in China, this paper explores the solid foundation of SMOOC and its further development.
