摘要:鵝掌楸屬雜交測定林的生長狀況進行分析,結果表明5 a生樹高、胸徑、材積年平均生長量為1.92 m,2.5 cm,0.009 2 m3;生長最快雜交組合是T11×C8,其平均年生長量分別為2.39 m,3.4 cm和0.018 3 m3。3個生長性狀雜交組合間都呈極顯著的差異,為優良雜交組合的選擇奠定基礎。樹高、胸徑和材積的雜交組合(家系)遺傳力分別為0.501,0.631和0.687,分別進行優良雜交組合選擇,其現實遺傳增益為16.3%,32.9%和116.1%。幾種交配模式之間的材積生長比較結果是T×C>C×T>T自由授粉>C自由授粉>C×C>T×S。優良雜交組合T11×C8、T12×C8、C9×T12 的雜種優勢率分別為108.7%,64.3%和110.7%。

Preliminary Study on Hybrid Progeny Test in Liriodendron chinense

Abstract: Growth analyses of progeny test of hybridization in Liriodendron were performed. The results indicated that the annual average increments of tree height, diameter at breath height (DBH) and stem volume of 5yearold test plantation were 1.92 m, 2.5 cm, 0.009 2 m3, respectively. The fastest cross combination of growth was T11×C8, which annual average increment of tree height, DBH and stem volume were 2.39 m, 3.4 cm and 0.018 3 m3.There were significant differences in tree height, DBH and stem volume among cross combinations, which showed superior ones could be selected. The broad heritability of cross combination (family) for tree height, DBH, stem volume were 0.501, 0.631 and 0.687, and the realized genetic gains reached 16.3%, 32.9% and 116.1% based on the selection of superior cross combinations. The comparison result of stem volume was T×C>C×T>open pollination of T >open pollination of C>C×C>T×S. The heterosis rates of T11×C8, T12×C8 and C9×T12 were 108.7%, 64.3% and 110.7%.

鵝掌楸屬有鵝掌楸Liriodendron chinense和北美鵝掌楸L.tulipifera兩個種,亞美馬褂木L.sinoamericanum是鵝掌楸與北美鵝掌楸的人工雜交種,被定義為一個新種[1]。國內鵝掌楸屬種間雜交取得了顯著的成就,奠定了鵝掌楸屬雜交育種的堅實基礎[2,3],研究成果表明鵝掌楸和北美鵝掌楸種內變異非常豐富,種間具有很高的可配性,種間雜種優勢非常明顯[2-4]。鵝掌楸屬雜交育種研究由于受到當時條件所限,雜交親本的選擇存在很大局限性,湖北省林業廳林木種苗管理總站打破這種局限性,增加雜交親本,并進行親本種源選擇,以虎爪山林場鵝掌楸種源試驗林為對象系統進行鵝掌楸屬種間雜交育種研究,培育出大批雜種資源,進行雜交子代苗期測定[5]。本研究作為探索鵝掌楸屬間雜交育種規律的早期一環,以5 ?a生材料為對象進行分析,旨在掌握這批雜種資源的早期表現,總結出鵝掌楸屬間雜交育種的初步規律,同時也為早期選擇提供理論依據。……p>
